“our highland home” we were meade to feel welcome at Bruch Gorm Cottage from the moment we arrived there. the facilities and the general feel of the place were excellent with plenty of space for us and our dog. the enlcosed garden was a bonus. All in all a real home from home and a fabulous break.

“New year break” Perfect location for family New Year visit to Cleethorpes. Location particularly suited my son who has learning difficulties since easy walking distance to beach ,arcades and leisure centre. Staff at leisure centre particularly helpful. House easy to heat , deceptively spacious and very tastefully decorated. Will visit again no question.

“Lovely couple” Accommodation is great, with a secure garden for the kids to play. Alan and Claire are lovely and pretty much supply everything need, milk, bread, breakfasty type foods and best of all we some homemade Bara Brith, gorgeous! Alan took the time to pop up to make sure we had everything and give us a heads up on the locality. The apartment is a very short, and flat, walk to the beach and local hotel. Great find, will definitely look into going back there.

“Very Nice, Comfortable dog friendly cottage - great location for everything!” We booked Miriam Cottage at very short notice for a mini-break. We're a couple with one small dog, but the cottage can sleep up to 8 (I think) and would still be very comfortable. On arrival, the owner had left a really good welcome basket and there were plenty of towels etc. The cottage is an old fisherman's cottage and has been renovated using clean lines and colours and has very comfortable furniture throughout. The cottage is located a short walk away from the beach, pub (really great food (bit portions!) ) and post office/general store - everything was very close. We would definitely recommend Miriam Cottage.

“Excellent, very clean, well equipped lodge, would recommend to future guests.” Recently stayed in this lodge, great facilities, very clean lodge, credit to the owners, has eveything you need for short/long stays, lovely fresh new bedding/linen/towels etc, also has books/games/DVDs etc for use. Added bonus of decking area including new table chairs, BBQ and personal touches of lovely flowers which add to the decking area, the deck is also very clean. Owner also leaves milk, tea, coffee and sugar in a very well equipped kitchen area, would highly recommend. We had a great stay as did our dog, thank you.

“Great house in stunning setting” We were very fortunate to get two very sunny days on the Isle of Seil. The house is overlooking the sea with a massive garden. You can’t get into the water from here due to the rocks but a great place for a three year old to throw stones. The house was well appointed - we were provided with a cot & highchair. We were able to make our meals there - even a roast chicken with all the necessary utensils & herbs etc in the cupboard. The rooms had comfortable beds. Only niggles were very minor - the curtains in the spare room didn’t block out the light for our light sensitivity kids so we had some early mornings (but you come to expect that when you go away with kids) & the fridges had been turned off so it took a while for them to cool. Locally we kayaked from a nearby beach & climbed a hill behind the village. It’s walking distance into the village but there’s not much there aside from the pub which serves basic enough food - for lunch they had Mac & cheese, lasagne, veg curry etc. We would definitely return to this picturesque spot & family friendly holiday home.

“Just fabulous !” The Headlands was just perfect for our New Years break..warm, welcoming, very clean and of course the quite wonderful sea view from both the lounge and the main bedroom. We have come to love Anglesey over many years of visiting but have rarely felt so at home and relaxed as this time. The weather was very kind to us..not seeing a single drop of rain and even being able to lunch outside at South Stack on the 6th of Jan...! Every day was spent visiting a number of our favourite spots on the island with the promise of a lovely coffee and cake on our return to our cosy apartment to soak up the dying embers of winter light from the lounge window... A return..?? Absolutely 100% Yes..!

“Beautiful cosy lodge” This lodge was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need including lots of games,books and dvd's to keep the little ones amused. The spa bath was a great hit with our youngest. The views were stunning and it was easy to get to the surrounding areas. The lady who owns it was lovely too, we would thoroughly recommend it to all. The only reason it didn't score 5 stars was the bed wasn't too comfortable but that certainly wouldn't prevent us from returning.
