“Perfect” I was looking for peace, quiet, close to the beach and comfortable accommodation, this place is just perfect. The chalet is beautifully presented, with everything you should need, a short walk to the quiet beaches, little bit further for shops, arcades, eating out. Would highly recommend if you’re after a short break to relax in comfort. Will be booking again soon.

One of the nicer chalets on Sundowner and we and our old dog were made to feel very welcome. Yes...was exactly as advertised... I'd recommend to friend or family.

“Peaceful and convenient” Tricia's chalet has everything you need, space even tho is small its very well distributed. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need. 2 bedrooms with wardrobes for storage and also a dining table for 4 people. Really good value for price. We have already recommended it to our friends who wants to visit Cornwall and stay a few days while staying within budget.

“Wow!” I have just spent an amazing week at Windwhistle! The views are out of this world. A perfect relaxing retreat from a very busy life. The chalet is equipped with lots of thoughtful extras, books on the local area, binoculars for watching the passing boats and wildlife and a games chest full of games for quality family time. With the beach right on your doorstep for early morning walks or body boarding on the fantastic waves! Although we didn't try it, the Cliff Top cafe was always full. Apparently they do a great breakfast. A visit to Rames Head is a must for a superb view of Whitsand Bay! I will definitely be booking again soon.

“Beautiful Location” My parents and I have driven past the chalets several times and said what a wonderful location they were in. We normally stay with family in the area but this time decided to try the chalets. The location cannot be beaten ... wide open views across the bay , peaceful, tranquil a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The chalets are well equipped and nicely furnished.... not top of range or luxury but more than adequate. The main bedroom has a fantastic sea view. The second bedroom is quite small with bunks, perfect for a family with children... not so much for four adults sharing. There is an electric meter which takes £1 & £2 coins . You need to take your own towels and bedding. Duvets and pillows are provided. We will definitely stay here again Thank you to Helen and Chris .

“Amazing” We will definitely be back.The views were lovely. The cabin was lovely and clean and finished off nice.We were able to sit out at night as sun went down and listened to the owls.....while having a little vino .My son was happy as there was a playstation. If you walk behind the cabin you get a really stunning views.

“Lovely!” We stayed at this chalet for a week in April this year. The weather was a bit unkind but there was plenty to do. When the site shops were shut it was a short distance to the local shops. Great Yarmouth and the beach front were a short ride away. The chalet itself was spotless, with everything you need for a home away from home. I cannot fault the owner and the presentation and comfort of the accommodation. I would definitely book again.

“Spacious, very well equipped holiday flat” I have been holidaying at the Lizard for a very long time and, as I know, the weather in December is often wet and cold - but at least the third element, wind, was missing this time. This is relevant as the only downside to this flat is that it is difficult to heat up - night storage heaters are never a good option. BUT - this should not detract from what is a really nice and comfortable flat! The situation is wonderful and it is an open and quiet development. Two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom as well as another separate WC are very good at this price. The kitchen is quite large and has everything you need (including a washing machine). The lounge is a good size with radio, TV and excellent Wi-Fi. Even the coin meter for electricity was not too aggressive! The owner, David, was very good with communication before our visit and the key code cabinet worked! We also had telephone numbers in the event of a problem (there were none). We will hope to return - the best recommendation!

“Perfect location to explore 7 bays for 7 bays and lovely clean and well stocked accomodation!” The chalet is clean and very well stocked. The location is perfect to explore the local bays which have lots to do for all ages (we have a 9, 13 and 16 year old!!!). The site is quiet but is currently being developed. Fully recommended.

“Fabulous and restful stay” Spent a week in flat 9, absolutely marvellous apartment. Clean, tidy and comfortable. The private patio was a huge bonus. We did not need to cook as everything was so close by(think we actually forgot our emergency supply grub, in the kitchen cupboard, Lol). Martin was an absolutely charming host and as new owners, he and Damien have certainly started off extremely well. We highly recommend this holiday home.

“Superb location with all the facilities you need for a self catering stay.” Superb location on the holiday park overlooking the lake, very peaceful. Accommodation is lovely,clean and tidy, with all the facilities you need. We had a great time even though the weather wasn't too good. “A lovely wee getaway” Lovely cabin with a wood burner hottub. Julie meet us on arrival and talked us through how everything worked and left us to get on with it. Very quiet and private surrounds with beautiful views. The kitchen equipment is a bit lacking but certainly manageable. The shower is good and we didn't have any issues with the toilet as other reviewers have. There isn't a door but there is a curtain to pull over which was more than adequate. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
