“A wonderful cottage in the heart of Dartmoor” We went to Brimble Cottage, booking only the previous day due to the weather forecast suggesting snow! We took 2 excited children, but the snow didn't turn up. However instead we played games, ate lovely food and watched a film or two and thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the cottage. We even sang a song around the piano! It's a beautifully decorated cottage, very warm and equipped with everything you should need. We would definitely like to stay again for longer next time. “Marvellous Trinity Mews” We stayed for two weeks in June. Found the apartment to be well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Little things like games, brollies, information, maps etc all made it feel so welcoming. No problem with getting access to the apartment on our first day as all the information from Julian was spot on. Lovely to see that Julian trusts his guests to use his quality equipment with care. We found so much to do in the area i.e. Cockington Village and Craft Village was amazing. We used the train from Torquay. Enjoyed the Dartmouth steam train. The parking permits worked well, no problems. We will certainly return to enjoy Torquay again. Thankyou.

“Holiday in Torquay” Stayed at 18 Trinity Mews and I could not fault it. Everything you needed in the apartment that you could wish for making holiday so much enjoyable. We would highly recommend this.

“fantastic long weekend with friends in Mortehoe” The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully laid out, beds were incredibly comfortable and there were ample bathrooms/toilets for 10 of us. There was a large utility room, perfect for our boots and 3 dogs. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped, but since we were cooking pretty elaborate meals we did take a lot of our own equipment. Board games and cards were a welcome addition, together with the ipod dock and wifi. Good local shops including post office/newsagents, grocery shop with fresh bread and the deli next door had some pretty amazing ingredients including olives, great local cheeses and icecream. So much to do and see in the local area - fabulous being in a village with 3 pubs and being able to walk to beaches, Woolacoombe and Ilfracombe to explore, I could easily have stayed for the week . All in all a fantastic bank holiday rental.

“Great house in perfect location - perfect for 2 families” The house is situated in the heart of a lovely village surrounded by stunning beaches and scenery. Great place to unwind and relax and we didn't use the car all week (other than the daily shuttle run to dump all the beach / surfing gear down at the beach!) We stayed in the house for our family holiday with friends and the accommodation was very comfortable for two families. The children took over the top floor which they loved!! The house would also be suited to groups of adults. We were initially concerned about the lack of outdoor space but it really wasn't an issue as the headland and beaches are literally on the doorstep and there was plenty of room in the house for drying out wet clothes / wetsuits etc. Dom and Iona are both really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome in their house. Would definately recommend and looking forward to re booking in the future!

“Vacation” Nice spacious apartment. I liked the seaside theme and colours. Very relaxing. Nice kitchen. Nice views even in bad weather. If there were bigger and softer towels I would have given 5 stars. I felt the security was good. It was especially relaxing for my brother who is recuperating from a long spell in hospital. We all enjoyed our time together.

“Excellent accomodation and location” Lovely 5 bedroomed accomodation with large kitchen excellent cooking facilities and nice large eating area. Excellent location in small village but minutes walk away from lovely clifftop walks, National Trust Land and large sandy beach and town of Woolacombe, great for kids with plenty of coves and rockpools to explore. Property easy to book - great information provided on local amenities and maps/information on area in house itself brill. Within very close proximity are three pubs, restaurant, fish & chip shop and village stores. Both the Chichester Arms & Ship Aground serve excellent food but the meal we all had at the Ship was one of the best we have ever had, also excellent fish & chips from chippy and local produce from village stories including great cornish pasties - my son said best ever. The coastal walks are second to none and a must for any walker and the accomodation/location represents a great holiday and I would recommend a visit even out of season. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed the stay as well particulary the walks which are plentiful and varied, loads of different routes and circular walks, nice other beaches nearby including Croyde and huge beach at Saunton.

“Excelkent” Attention to detail made this a super holiday. All the basic things were there to use like dishwasher tablets, soap, cleaning materials if you need it, kitchen clothes, sponges etc etc. Clean nice place to stay. Use matrass covers, cushion covers, couch covers that is removed and washed everytine. One if the most clean holiday lets i stayed in a long time. Will def go again and again! All kichen utilities more than expected. Home from home!!!!!

“Beautiful Bude Stay!” Green Park Farm offered us the best holiday on the Devon/Cornwall border that we could have imagined! We stayed as a group of 9: 4 adults and 5 children aged 5-10. The farm house was immaculately clean on arrival, very spacious and comfortable and Alison and her family were the perfect hosts, allowing us the space and time to explore our surroundings and for the children to satisfy curiosity at the farm. Tractor rides went down a treat later in the week! The cakes on arrival were a welcoming touch, and the house was well kitted out for a self catering break with all we needed and more including books for the children and plenty of fresh towels. A particular highlight was the litter of puppies on the farm who gave us endless hours of fun, all the dogs were friendly and was great to see happy healthy dogs loving their environment. So much so that we ended up taking home our own little pup and so the memory of Green Park will live on for years to come! Thank you to Alison and her family for being so accommodating and really hope to return with “Bude” the dog over the next few years!

“It was so good we've booked for next year!!!” We had a great stay at Rose Barn cottage, 12 of us went for new year and was everything we could have wanted. The pool, sauna and bikes were great. The cottage has everything that you could ever need and more. I would highly recommend this property and location so much so, that we have booked for next year.

“Great location!” This was our second stay at Red Rose Cottage, we love the location, just two minutes from the town centre and a couple of minutes more from the sea. An easy walk to the Manor Pavilion Theatre, the cinema, The Loft, who do a great full English breakfast and an amazing Indian restaurant. The cottage is warm, very comfortable and well equipped, we had a great holiday! Thank you.
