Modern, open plan living space with 5 double bedrooms, 3 en suits and luxury family bathroom. Stunning vista of Woolacombe bay makes this the perfect retreat following a day enjoying the North Devon coastline. Ranked by Tripadvisor as the no.1 UK beach Woolacombe offers the full package for families or couple groups alike.

Following a day on the beach head back to Seascape and use the heated outside shower to wash down the wetsuits while still enjoying the beach.

Open plan living allows for the full dining experience without leaving one of your party exiled to the kitchen. If you do wish to cater extended hobs and 3 ovens help ease the load .... or better still take the 15 minute drive to enjoy the excellent range of resteraunts available in Ilfracombe (recommendations on request).

Bathrooms enjoy feature lighting with double showers in the main and master ensuite. Solid wood flooring complements underfloor heating throughout. Extensive gardens overlooking the beach and Lundy island means you can enjoy some quiet sunbathing without even having to get you feet sandy. The deck area is extensive with full dining and barbecue equipment.
