“Amazing Easter Stay” What a fantastic find... The apartment far exceeded our expectations for our 4 night break in Plymouth. It was centrally located, with a 7 minute walk to The Barbican and an array of quirky shops and every type of food including fresh fish locally caught. The accommodation had everything and more thanks to the lovely owner Maxine. From meeting us personally on arrival, leaving fresh flowers, and goodies which included wine, milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, cheese, crackers biscuits and chocolate. Beautiful bed linen, soft white towels, amazing shower, spotlessly clean and warm and the added benefit of car parking in a city centre location. This is a real find and we will definitely be back. Thank you Maxine xx
“Perfect ❤” My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights just for a bit of R&R - this little apartment is absolutely perfect, a proper home away from home with everything you need. The hosts, Patricia and Steve are the loveliest people and really think of the little things. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the summer :). Thank you both for such a relaxing time away.

“Multiple stays over a number of years” RWY is a classy location with the apartments on offer matching that standard.
Phil and his team are very professional and the accommodation is always in top notch condition. The views are spectacular whilst sitting in the 4ft thick solid granite stone window frame, drinking a good glass of vino and watching the sun go down over a hard turning battleship, departing for patrol, takes some beating. Check in & out is seamless as is the overall booking experience.
The restaurants and bars, within 50m, walk cater to all needs from bar food, to wagamamas to cuisine that should satisfy even the most discerning visitor. The Secco lounge immediately below the Juliet balcony gives off a pleasing sound of the hustle and bustle of patrons enjoying a cold one on a sunny afternoon, but is always quiet by a sociable hour. Open the windows and let the sun and sound in ..... lovely !
I have stayed at RWY with Luxury Sea Views a number of times over the recent years on both business and pleasure and will continue to do so. Visit the website and also check out The Esplanade for something a little different and special in its own way, trust me ;-)
“brilliant house, excellent location” the house was thoroughly cleaned throughout, before our arrival.it had bigger rooms than we exspected.the owner left us a bottle of good wine. it was a lovely place for my wife and i to relax. the owner lent us some fishing equipment so we could take our grandson fishing on the near by beach.
“Good Central Location, Good Accommodation with a couple of gripes” Overall a nice apartment with just a couple of gripes.
1. Way too many mirrors especially the monstrosity in the living room.
2. Could have done with my lighting - we stayed in November and the lighting made the apartment look stark and dingy.
3. A £175.00 damage deposit is a bit steep especially when it is taken immediately but we had to chase for repayment - paid when chased but this was 2 weeks after the rental. Also not easy to recover as not only had to chase but had to claim money from paypal (who i dont trust) which involved not only signing up to paypal but also then having to ask them to transfer to my bank account which takes another 3 days. Not very impressed.
“Ideal” Perfect for our needs. Good location for us. Apartment well equipped and secure. Louise was very helpful and communicated promptly. Will definetely return as our son is 1st year student at uni so want to visit to see him from time to time.
“I could've stayed in all day and enjoyed the view!” Gorgeous apartment in a fabulous location. Really comfortable with everything one could need for a relaxing stay. I come from Plymouth and this area has iconic views of the Hoe and the sea beyond. The apartment is very well furnished and has a kitchen with everything you need. It is very central for everything Plymouth has to offer, and that is a lot, great restaurants, a theatre and good shopping, but Cornwall and Dartmoor are just 20 minutes away.
My only suggestion is the second bedroom, which is a squeeze, could have a sofa bed, which would make it a better fit?
“Fabulous location with superb views” Lovely lodge in a stunning location, very clean and modern with great views and coastal location looking out to Plymouth. It is on the coastal path for walks and you can catch the foot ferry to Plymouth from mount batten.
This massive coastal city combines the attractions of its watery location and naval history, with its many artistic and creative pursuits, to provide a unique holiday experience. Book your next holiday rental in Plymouth and start exploring!
Nestled between the mouths of both the River Tamar and the River Plym, Plymouth forms an impressive and visually stunning natural harbour. Situated on the southern coast of Devon, it's the largest coastal city in Southern England, and consequently has a huge amount to offer.
The area has a rich history, predominantly in naval pursuits; this was the location from where the English Navy sailed to defeat the Spanish Armada, there's a lot to learn and see!
What to Do

Cosy self-contained flat
We booked Lisas apartment for mother in law, sister and 2 children to stay prior to our wedding. A little out of the way for the town centre (its on bus route though) but absolutely perfect. Everything that was needed was in the accomodation including manuals and bus timetables. Lisa was extremely friendly and was only a stone throw away if we needed any help. Would book again and recommend to people visiting Plymouth. …

Delightful Sunny Accommodation on Plymouth Hoe
We required an apartment which was within walking distance to the centre of Plymouth. Karen’s apartment met this requirement but was also perfect for my wife and I in that it had been modernised so all facilities were there and easy to use. For us, it was also a bonus that Karen occupied the top 2 floors of the home rather than having been converted into 3 separate flats with the obvious noise that these kind of ‘lets’ often have.
We also found Karen to be a very affable lady who gave us information for eating out and what is happening in the area. …
