“Mrs” Booked fletchers hall for a hen do with 8 of our friends and it was even better than the website suggests. Amazing house with lovely rooms and amazing space. Everyone was extremely pleased and definatly hope to use again in the future. The owners were fab, keeping me updated with all the details we needed before and during our stay, and the drinks on arrival were a great bonus. “Fabulous” The manor house was so special. Entering the grounds was magical and the house was marvellous. Everything about the house was spectacular. Each room was fab, the kitchen, the bedrooms, etc, Had a barbecue, played Archery as we took games with us. It was really good weather so we were sat outside. The 2 dogs loved every moment Everyone enjoyed their stay and it was a great weekend

“What a find on the Isle of Wight” Loved the island. The house was spacious and well located. We felt safe and well provided for. Chickens were a bonus with fresh eggs and it was great to be able to BBQ on the terrace. All together a great stay.

“The Grange is absolutely fantastic..........The perfect place to celebrate!” We hired The Grange for a long weekend to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. It is a fantastic venue with a great atmostphere. Dawn, the Housekeeper welcomed us to The Grange and was very friendly and helpful - a lovely lady! We soon settled in and couldn't decide which room was our favourite - the huge huge kitchen, the fab entertainment room, library, reception room...... spoilt for choice. The dining room was breathtaking, all laid out and ready for our special anniversary meal the next day. We then had the excitement of exploring the bedrooms. They are enormous, each with the real 'wow' factor. The Master Suite seemed to go on and on and the roll top bath was a particular highlight, although followed closely by the dressing area - Fantastic!!! The Garden is so spacious and the tennis court was a real hit. We hired Chef2Dine for, who travelled to cater for our special occasion - also amazing and I would recommend to anyone. I cannot thank Adrian enough for all the emails concerning our stay, and for Dawn who was on hand at every step. A fantastic stay, full of memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. We will return, that's for sure. If you are considering hiring The Grange, do it, you won't regret it. Thanks Adrian and Dawn x

“Excellent House - Would highly recommend” We stayed at The Old Neptune in Ipswich for the weekend of 23rd March 2012 for my sister's Hen weekend, there were 22 ladies and we were all overwhelmed by the house and the facilities it had to offer. The house is a little gem, hidden away in the hustle and bustle of Ipswich's Marina. With 12 bedrooms, all with double or super king sized beds there was plenty of room for everyone, all the bedrooms were decorated to a high standard and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. There was the added bonus of a new sauna fitted, but we didn't know so none of us came prepared to use it. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We had caterers in on the Saturday evening in order to take advantage of the excellent dining room. The lounge was comfortable too. Basically the whole house was beyond what we expected, the house is seeped in history and a real find. The courtyard was exceptional too. A thoroughly great weekend spent by all.

“50th bday party house” A surprise party was booked at the house for extended family and close friends (31 in total) and it was amazing. Wonderful comfortable bedrooms and well spec-ed bathrooms; down stairs there was a large kitchen with 3 dishwashers (running 24/7!); hall with roaring fire, library- again with roaring fire, dining room for magnificent dinner and the party room for dancing until 5am. A great venue; a fantastic time was had by all - would highly recommed

“Stunning” We stayed at Great Tangley manor for my husband’s 40th birthday with family - It was amazing - All I could have hoped for and more - The wow factor is really indescribable - Have to see it to believe it - Simple to book - Nicho was really helpful and on hand with everything - We were personally greeted and given the tour (which my husband just walked around in amazement!) - The gardens are beautiful - The house has all mod cons (which are essential with little ones) - Would we go back again- Yes! - This is truly a stunning house to be enjoyed by all ages (the kids had the best time playing hide and seek!) – The whole family have not stopped talking about the weekend - Cannot wait to go back

“Exactly what we were hoping for” Booked Ewelme Manor for a long weekend for my wife's 65th birthday to celebrate with 18 friends and family. Ewelme Manor turned out to be exactly what we were hoping for. A grand home with nine well appointed individual bedrooms with great character. We wanted to be able to have formal dinners in a beautiful setting which the dining room and lounges provided. Candida recommended Mint Catering who were excellent and Kristina provided great help on behalf of the owners. The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Ewelme Manor is a house full of character and a quirky style which we loved.

“beautiful house, stunning grounds- all you need for a break in rural Norfolk” This house is a real stunner, with modern and antique furnishings that blend together effortlessly. It is in a private and secluded location on the edge of a beautiful South Norfolk village and yet only 8 miles away from the historic city of Norwich. A wonderful hamper is there to greet you, along with plenty of information to ensure you make the most of your stay. The house has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The beds are large and very comfortable, the bathrooms are modern, very tasteful and a real delight. The kitchen is very well equipped with top of the range facilities including an Aga cooker. For those who enjoy technology there is free use of an I-pad with wi-fi. If you enjoy your music then relax with a multi room sound system. The youngsters are also very well catered for with a pool table and play station on the second floor. The ample and well tended grounds are also a real pleasure including an organic vegetable garden. You can open the double doors from the beautiful sitting room where there is a large table, a barbecue and a hammock to lounge in. If you want to be more energetic there is a very good tennis court and outside table tennis, with all the necessary bats,and balls provided. Give this place a try, it is one place that you will never forget! I am already planning my return.

“This house was perfect for us!” We were six adults and five children and we all enjoyed the facilities of Glynllifon. The pool table was a great success and the garden was magnificent. The house was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was high quality. The Londis nearby sells everything you need, and kept us well supplied. We enjoyed several local walks and recommend whistling sands as a must- visit beach! The large open plan living made it very noisy when we were all together but I recommend the house.

“As a holiday home Llanlliana has it all!” What a wonderful, secluded location to spend a few days/week away. As a holiday home Llanlliana has it all. Where to start - Dan & Nikki are fabulous hosts, so welcoming & nothing is too much trouble for them. The whole house is beautifully & very practically furnished to the highest specification, with everything you could wish for & more in a holiday home. All of the rooms are without exception extremely stylish, having been tastefully decorated whilst retaining a very homely feel about the place. We have spent a couple of long weekends there with friends over the last two years & it has been lovely to have the space for all of us to get together comfortably to eat & relax in the same rooms. “Fantastic large house in argyll” We are a group of 24 friends who take an annual trip to large houses such as Balinakill, this was our 6th outing and definitely one of the best. Balinakill Country House has excellent facilities, is warm throughout, has enjoyable countryside nearby. With few large shops nearby we would recommend planning ahead in this respect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

“Wonderful house and gardens” We spend a wonderful week in the Ludlow Manor House. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for our party of six adults and two children and we were warmly welcomed by the house manager, Emma and her husband. The well equipped kitchen meant we were able to take full advantage of Ludlow's fantastic food shops (the local Mortimer Forest venison is highly recommended!). But what really made the house so special for us was the outside space - beautifully maintained gardens, a well equipped play area for the kids and an addictive little golf course that persuaded even the total beginners in our party to swing a golf club.
