Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Stunning location” The property is very comfortable and for a studio apartment more than adequate for a short or long stay we rented for 11 nights ,we never tired of looking out over the ever changing view . I read the previous reviews before going which it meets all the previous reviews positive comments. The area around here is stunning and sitting by loch eck a short drive away is stunning with excellent beaches for barbecues etc . Car isn't essential but is an advantage to tour this area. We concluded our stay with a trip on the paddle steamer Waverley which picks you up at the pier outside the property well worth it . Overall this is a good value for money property in a stunning location with everything you may need . I have recommended to family members which says a lot . Thanks
“Beautiful view and lovely apartment” We had a wonderful time in this lovely studio flat. It's perfectly designed for a couple, and all with lots of attention to detail, and high quality facilities. Great hot showers for after walking. And most importantly the most incredible view from bed. Also a great location to be between Portree and Dunvegan. Joyce was very efficient and friendly, and we had a great holiday here.
“A great base for your Skye getaway” This accomodation is very well located for getting around all the activities on Skye and is less than 15 minutes drive from Portree. The layout of the apartment is really well considered and the view across the loch is lovely. There were no negative aspects to the apartment and I would recommend this as a good choice for a holiday on Skye.
“Perfect flat in great location” What more could you need for a few days in Edinburgh? Clean, compact and convenient and the owners were very flexible and helpful when arranging check in times. Great views over the Grassmarket too.
