“Bluebell cabin loch awe” Stayed here for 4 nights, absolutely wonderful cabin well equipped, perfectly situated on the shores of loch awe for a perfect and peaceful break. Highly recommend it particularly if you are seeking a remote location.

“Fantastic break with the family” The location is perfect for a quiet relaxing break. Chalet is in a lovely position with the stream running by and so close to the beach. The tree with the bird and squirrel feeders always busy. The enclosed decking was perfect for the dogs and lots of great walks nearby. Dog friendly hotel five minutes away was ideal. Chalet provided everything and more for a comfortable stay. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend. Owners were very accommodating and friendly 5 * holiday all round.

“Mr” Absolutely great wee cottage only 5 miles from Dumfries on a75 very handing for day tripping clean and tidy sky tv and Wi-Fi a must for kids nowadays weather was kind this time lol and Anna greeted us and left tea and coffee and a pint of milk and choccie biscuits to start us off was a nice touch would recommend here to stay thanks again

“The Moorings” This has to be the best Holuday Let my family and myself have ever staying in the property is just beautiful so relaxing has everything you need, the views are magnificent. Chris and Da the owners of the property are such a lovely couple and make you feel so welcome. Would highly recommend this Holiday property to anyone just stunning.

“Great place to stay, well worth a visit” We booked this as a small break before going back to work, we found the directions easy to follow and found it no bother at all. The lodge itself was nice, could do with a clean in high to reach places as there was a lot of spiders webs across the big window looking over the loch, but was clean overall! The hot tub was good to use, and is a good novelty lighting and heating it yourself, only issue, was Jane, we were told to text or phone for more wood but she never answered or replied to our numerous messages, we had to phone the owner to get in contact with her. And upon our final day we had requested a late check out of 12 which was agreed, but the hot tub was emptied at 8.30am whilst we were still in our bed which we thought was quite rude, we planned on putting our daughter in it in the morning as the water is still a good temperature, the owner then chapped the door at 9.55 asking to clean, which we stated we had asked for late check out but he said it must of been an oversight on his part. The rest of the site is nice but not accessible for walking at night without a torch as it gets very dark, the locals at the shop and pub are very friendly. Over all a satisfying stay

“A truly wonderful place to stay!!!” We absolutely loved our stay at Logie Country House!!! A huge, extremely comfortable house, where every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. Immaculate, pleasant, warm, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is superb! We loved that there were two places to "hang out" in the house, and even when the weather wasn't wonderful, and we stayed in all day -- we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I absolutely loved my bedroom and looked forward to curling up under the down comforter with my book each night. We would love to stay again!

“AMAZING SPACE! MAGICAL GETAWAY IN THE TREES! Even has a cat cemetary from the 1800's!” Let me start by saying what a fantastic weekend we had! myself and 13 of my friends stayed in the Argyll Barn property and from the first moment we walked through the door we knew we had stumbled on to something special! The house is even better than the pictures and descriptions, the amenities are fantastic, the pool, hot tub, games rooms ect all marvellous! and not only this but it was great value for money! Despite other properties being on the estate we found it very peaceful, the surrounding areas are breath taking! and as stipulated it even had its own piece of odd history in the form of a cat cemetery from the 1800's! I couldn't recommend this place more and we intend to go back for further holidays at this same location in the same house! The house, the site, the feel of the land, it allows you to forget the world and truly relax in such a picture perfect location. The house owner John was really helpful with anything we needed, he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay went well, great communication, great attitude, He was an absolute pleasure!

“Fantastic Venue” This beautiful little cottage really has everything you need for a 5 Star stay. Bob has spared no expense with the furniture, decor and appliances and everything exceeds normal expectations of the usual holiday let. The bed is super comfy and altogether we loved the eclectic mix throughout. Very quaint, luxurious and way above other let's we've stayed in. Added to that, Bob himself goes out of his way to assist and the lovely gesture of fresh flowers and goodies were so appreciated. Thank you Bob, you truly have a very special cottage that we can't recommend enough :)

“Great setting and great weather” This was our 2nd visit to the Beehouse and Elizabeth and family welcomed us back in great style by organising the hottest week in June. As ever there is a relaxed and rural to the Beehouse although not being too far away from civilisation. We were able to spend some time in the garden with boys of various ages running around freely and the dogs chasing each other whilst enjoying a BBQ and wee drink in the sun. The Beehouse is comfortable and well laid out to meet the needs of any visitor. We have two young boys, a springer spaniel and we find that the Beehouse is a safe, warm and quiet home for all. And once everyone else goes to sleep dad can enjoy a dram in front of the real fire stove. There is plenty to do in the area for all tatses including golf, beaches, visitor attractions and some great eating venues. We look forward to going again, soon.
