“Beautiful home from home in stunning village of Hebden” Extremely happy with the property and all the home from home features. Comfort in every aspect. Lovely size rooms and nice powerful hot shower.
We did struggle a little with the AGA but we thoroughly enjoyed trying to bake cakes in it :-)
Amazing little village - I have stopped in Hebden many times and am never disappointed .

“Great!!” This is the second time we have visited this little bungalow and there will be more times. It was home from the first time and even more so this time. It's so well equipped, extremely comfortable and a super space! Just love the huge thick towels that are provided. Bit chilly to use the lovely garden this time. But would like to thank Kim for another smashing weekend.
“Beautiful House” Burchley house is fabulous and after spending a weekend with family and friends we can't wait to go back. Each and every room is extremely comfortable with everything you could want-nothing has been spared. Catering for a large group the kitchen is perfect for gathering over a home cooked meal. This beautiful house is within a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, pubs, beach and pier. Highly recommended.

This holiday home is in a great location in Brighton. However, from the moment we stepped over the threshold, instead of feeling welcomed, we felt bound by a list of rules and regulations! On a more w… More
This review is simply wrong. Firstly there is no CCTV with sound recording inside this property. This is simply rubbish and would also be illegal. The parking space which comes with the property is in the next street. This is central Brighton and the option is one of the public car parks which cost much more and there is often a queue to use. This space is optional and is rented for guests that want it and is £12 a night for mid-week stays. It is not owned by me and I it is only made available for guests as I want them to have a convenient parking option. Parking is not easy in Brighton and having a parking space available makes guests lives very easy. Yes there is one rule and regulation which is that the neighbours do not want parties taking place outside the building. It is therefore not possible to use the garden after 9.30pm. This is clearly advertised in the property description and on my website and in all the guest information. This is a licensing restriction for the property as without it I'm afraid the property would be shut down quickly by the council. This is because before this rule parties used to frequently get taken outside the property until 2am and this was simply unfair on the neighbours. I am sorry that your group wished to go into the garden after this time and weren't able to. As there are other doors your access was only restricted to this area. As for the building work this was carried out to a good standard as can be seen from the video footage of the property which is an unforgiving medium and can't be touched up like photos which is why so few property owners use it. Everything in the property was designed to be good quality from Bosh appliances throughout and new flooring fitted only two weeks ago as even this is replaced annually.
“Excellent apartment in central Newcastle!” I stayed 7 weeks at this flat in central Newcastle to help my daughter and son-in-law with their new baby. I loved the apartment and tremendously appreciated the convenient location. The kitchen was very well appointed with modern appliances and pots and pans and utensils that allowed me to cook for my family. The bed was very very comfortable when I was on my own, and equally so when my husband stayed with me for 2 weeks. The small train station grocery stores were very close if I needed an ingredient or a quick take away sandwich. It was only a short walk (5-15 minutes tops) to somewhat larger stores, pubs, restaurants, etc. Steve, the host, was very helpful and responsive to my questions, some of which were based on my just being unfamiliar with British appliances (I'm American). Loved having the smart tv with Netflix, etc. I highly recommend this flat and would stay there again for certain if it were available for a return visit!

“RENT THE VIEW, HOUSE COMES WITH IT!” What an absolutely amazing property with a perfect location. Everything in every room is high end luxury yet it's so welcoming and we'll thought through you really fell homely there. We originally booked for 4 days but extended it to 8 days. One of our party had to have the district nurses out every day (which was pre planned before our arrival) and they were just so lovely too. We was sad to leave and will definitely return again. The dogs loved looking out over the headland too for rabbits, pheasants and sheep!

Thank you for your review and we are very pleased you enjoyed our quiet location and that the Games Room, with full size snooker table and table football machine, proved to be a hit with your boys!
Our cottages each have a parking space and we are lucky that we have plenty of extra parking for our guests who have more than 1 car at the end of our lane.
We are in the process of updating our welcome folder (our apologies!) and in the meantime we are emailing all our guests a list of things to do with web links to attractions along with a list of pubs and restaurants. We will make sure that we include some dog walks from the cottages in our new folder.
We love the Lakes Distillery and we have arranged an offer pack with them that gives our guests some special discount vouchers (each guest will find the offer pack in our cottage on arrival). We thoroughly recommend the mid week offer of afternoon tea, which is 2 for the price of 1, and if you can eat it all well done!
