“Beautiful House” Burchley house is fabulous and after spending a weekend with family and friends we can't wait to go back. Each and every room is extremely comfortable with everything you could want-nothing has been spared. Catering for a large group the kitchen is perfect for gathering over a home cooked meal. This beautiful house is within a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, pubs, beach and pier. Highly recommended.
“Best place in Newquay!” This place is the best place I've stayed in! Location is right in front of Fristral beach with amazing views with town centre only 10min walk. There are loads of parking spaces for 2 cars maybe you could get 3 if not busy. The house is spotlessly clean ,stylish with loads of space for us which was a party of 7. The house is over 3 floors. The groud floor has a bedroom and a bathroom with a power shower to get all the sand off your wetsuits.2nd floor is the living room with a nice big tv and a xbox. Also the kitchen with all the mod cons. There another 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs.Neil was a great host happy to help with anything.thanks. We come to Newquay every year and will definitely return.
“Perfect House and Location” Just returned after a wonderful week at Primrose House, Nana, Grandad, daughters and husbands and grandchildren. The house was gorgeous with plenty of room for all of us and very well equipped . Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be returning.
“Lovely house” The house was lovely and clean . With great little extras. The kids loved the games room. Tescos just round the corner and pub . Master bedroom massive with lots of room for travel cot . 5 star house
“Could not have been more pleased!” We were here for only 4 nights, but I wish it had been for 4 weeks. Although we had a car, the property was a short walk to the Wells Cathedral and the old town area. It was so well equipped, we wanted for nothing. The furnishing were comfortable and the whole apartment was clean and fresh. We particularly enjoyed the small patio at the back since the weather cooperated and gave us the opportunity to enjoy the view of the spire of the small church nearby. Wells, itself is a wonderful little "city" and is close to several well known sites such as Salisbury, Glastonbury and Stonehenge. We had an absolutely wonderful time and would and will recommend this property to anyone and everyone.
“Lovely house, great location” Can't fault house, everything was perfect, Richard was very approachable and informative. We had no reason to contact the owner when we arrived but he was very approachable and would not have hesitated contacting him if need be.
“wonderful thirlmere” a wonderful well presented house with a fantastic view and every thing you could need . it is very relaxing and peacefull . close to all amenitys and a lovely beach to stroll along .
“Great house and location for stag parties” This property is ideal for stag parties. Plenty of beds, a large dining area & being close to town made it a great place to stay. Catering facilities are excellent also. Making a fry up for 20 has never been easier.
We were able to visit pubs, play 5 a side football at the leisure centre and catch some rugby at the Rec - a great weekend!
The owner Mike was very accommodating & helpful and has done a fantastic job renovating this property to a very high standard. Thank you.
“Absolutely fantastic.” Great location,accommodation excellent.
Everything was so clean, plenty of room.
Welcome pack was amazing and so much more than expected.
Really don't want to review or rate this accommodiann , cause I want to stay again and don't want to find it not available, cause it's already booked..
Thank you so much for a fabulous stay.
“Apartment bigger than you think” This apartment is large enough for two families, it had everything you needed, it was central to all the amenities. The owner Paul was very helpful, if you needed anything he was there to help.
“Very pleasing” The accommodation was most suitable for our party of 6 adults and a two year old boy, it was clean, tidy and well looked after and gave us splendid views over the bay. All the equipment needed for cooking, eating, dish and clothes washing was of good quality and supplied in generous proportion. We had a most enjoyable time and would be happy to return.
“Bath family holiday.” The property is perfectly positioned, it’s close to town but far enough out that its still quiet. Close to the motorway so doesn’t take forever to get there. It was nice to meet Vito the owner. The only negative was the narrow road that led to the property which isn’t actually a problem unless you have a husband who worries about kerbing his alloy wheels! Anyone who stays here will be happy.
“Nice and quiet and still close to the centre” Nice place for a small family. 10 mins walk to city centre. Parking outside. Helpful owners. Good beds and a fine upgraded kitchen and bathroom. A spot to sit outside would have made it even better.
“Perfect house in perfect location” We loved the house and we already knew we loved Lostwithiel - it's such a pretty village. We haven't tried many of the local eateries, but we did eat at The Globe this time, and it was as good as all the previous guests had said. And a pasty from Fran's Pantry really can't be missed.
The house itself is beautifully decorated and lacks nothing. We really didn't want to leave. The kids loved their Moroccan room at the top of the house. The owner and the local contacts are extremely accommodating and helpful.
Lostwithiel itself is a great base for both South coast (Fowey, Looe, Lanydrock, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, Mevagissey, train to Penzance), and North coast (Tintagel, Padstow, Port Isaac).
The kids have insisted we return - which I definitely hope we will.
“Warm, cosy and easy access to London city.” We arrived late in the evening and we were pleasantly surprised to feel at home so quickly. Even though we arrived late we could let ourselves in by a very clever system to obtain the key.
The townhouse is located at the shore of the Thames, right in front of the magnificent O2 arena which is beautifully enlightened at night!
The house itself was warm, cosy and well equipped: TV, bedroom TV, stereo, enough space for the children and clean and comfortable bathrooms.
Shops (night shop and ASDA) and the DLR-station were close by (5 min walk).
The owners are very helpfull and really want to make you feel at home. Tourist information & restaurantflyers (or take-away & deliveries) are available in the house. This is very convenient if you do not want to cook yourself.
Lots of good restaurants nearby at Canary Warf.
Simply a good, peacefull location for a no-stress stay in London.
Thank you very much Christine! We had a wonderfull stay and we will certainly come back.
“Lovely welcome!” The Sewing Rooms was perfect for us. The owners had left us a sausages, bacon, beans, milk, bread and a cake!
The rooms were very comfortable indeed. We had a very busy w/e so didn't have time to enjoy the books, board games and DVDs but they were all available.
Market street was busy and rather noisy but the double glazing was excellent so no problem at all.
I highly recommend this lovely venue and also the owners :)
“Absolutely brilliant!” 8 of us stayed in Brighton for my sisters hen weekend in May 2013 and we had the best time!!
The house is immaculate, really modern decor, the beds are soooo comfortable, we had everything we needed and most importantly it is in an excellent location! I cannot praise the house or Dawn enough.
I look forward to returning again one day in the future!
