“Loved it!” Very spacious cottage, wonderful situation, loads of history and wildlife and when the sun shines it couldn't get any better. We visited Kilmartin archaeological museum, Arduaine Gardens, Luing & Easdale Islands as well as Oban. When we felt lazy we simply sat in the garden listening to the sea and watching for what wildlife might appear. We did see an otter and others have seen dolphins - magic!

“Perfect in every way! Even our cat had a ball!” Sandytoes cabin is a cosy, comfortable and welcoming home from home located in Sandyhills Holiday Village. The beach is minutes away and it is perfectly situated for trips to lots of different towns and attractions. Castle Douglas has lots of independent retailers and places to eat! Dumfries is great for shopping. Holly, the owner , is so kind and helpful! We brought our cat with us and Holly left a pack of Dreamies for her. Lovely little touches all round the cabin, which is beautiful! Everything you could possibly want or need in a holiday home is there. The badgers are so entertaining too! We loved our "badgerwatch" every night! They love croissants and peanut butter , by the way! This was the perfect break for our wee family with very comfortable accommodation. Loved it so much we booked to come back in 3 weeks time! Thanks, Holly!

“Accommodation” The accommodation was really cozy and comfortable. Great area to walk/cycle or just relax. Could do with new cushions for the settees as the ones there are past their best(no support). Other than that recommend this accommodation.

“Wow” Fantastic well equipped cottage in a great position. Views are amazing. It's been 11years since we were here last it won't be that e till we're back. Only disappointment was the fact that electricity was not included in the rental, would be good idea to inform in advance.

“Very comfortable house for two people.” This is a house nestling in the heart of a back-in-time tiny village (Drumbuie) on the west coast of Scotland. The interior design is excellent and has everything you could wish for including a wood-burner. There are great walks to be done, some of which are along the coast. Plockton has a wonderful pub serving excellent food.

“Comfortable Cottage in quiet area of Callander” We have visited Callander many times on the way to the highlands, but haven't stayed for any length of time, We decided to stay this year and explore the Trossachs. Callander has a lot more to offer that we realised from our short stop-off visits. Good shops, excellent cafes and pubs, and take-away places. We also had more chance to explore the town. There is an excellent History Trail around the town, and a lovely walk along a disused railway line, out into the countryside. Andreu Cottage is of a very high standard of comfort and cleanliness. The kitchen is very well supplied with all equipment which could possibly be needed. The main bedroom has a king size bed which is very comfortable. There are two bathrooms. Great for a family or two couples sharing the property. An additional 'bonus' is the friendly and helpful neighbours at No3. Full of local knowledge and very welcoming. Only issue which might be of importance to some visitors is the lack of parking space next to the property. We were fine, we could park on the next road and walk through but anyone with any mobility problems might find it a difficulty. We would highly recommend this property for families or couples.

“Sealladh an Loch” A fantastic house in a great location. The snooker table was well used during our weekend and there were plenty private and public spaces for us all to enjoy. Perfect for our annual 6 couple get together.

“Location to die for” Great long weekend break. Lucky with weather but the best bit was the stunning view from the property of pladda and ailsa Craig. Well set up accommodation with all needs catered for.

“Couldn’t wish for anything more!” Perfect holiday cottage - very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need plus some stylish decorating touches. Only a 20 minute walk from town centre (with good bus and taxi services if required). Clear arrival instructions from Caroline and the Welcome Pack was the icing on the cake. We love the area and will definitely be back!

“Spacious annex with pretty beaches nearby.” The annex to their home is quite spacious and private, and is located in a beautiful area. We were provided with some of the best shortbread I have ever eaten, definitely a bonus. Pat came by to meet us after we arrived and she was lovely. The only negative I have is we had a hard time getting the toilet to flush, but we did not talk to the owner about it because it was easily remedied with a dishpan of water. I’m sure it would have been taken care of if we had asked. There are pretty beaches nearby, but the number of moon jellyfish washed up on Redpoint Beach when we were there made it unappealing.

“My home from home by the Sea” This is my third time staying in this lovely apartment. It's spacious, modern and has everything you need for a great stay. The location is perfect, amazingly quiet considering its only a 5 minute or so walk to the harbour. Great for walkers - Anstruther to Crail and Crail to Kingsbarns, although this one is dependent on the tides at parts so check it out before you go. We will visit again, Susan is a pleasure to deal with. Very highly recommended
