“Absolutely Fabulous” Beautiful, spacious, well appointed cottage in quiet location with great outdoor space. Rooms are large and tastefully decorated. Owners were extremely helpful and very accommodating. (Toaster was not working when we arrived - new one was delivered early next morning). We were a party of four generations (1-85) and everyone loved it. Room for children to play and enough space for adults to have peace and quiet. A great find!

“Wonderful comfortable home in beautiful location” Wonderful views from the House with a lovely big garden. The House had everything u need for cooking , washing etc . Lovely room I slept in downstairs very big with super views . We had a week here and mostly dry weather we managed to have. Managed to go all round the island visiting Calanish stones , Tarbert , beautiful beaches , Black Houses etc . Beautiful island so glad I visited. Owners were very attentive thank u for our stay

“Superb” Lovely holiday home which met needs of all our family well. Have been before and will return again. Really enhanced our holiday and owner couldn’t be more helpful. Lots to do and explore nearby and great base to visit St ANDREWS, Elie and many other attractions . Lovely coastal walks too. Kids and adults loved it.

“Lovely retreat” We wanted somewhere special for my husband’s 40th birthday and were so pleased with Morelaggan House. The kitchen was brilliant with all you need and more; a haven for baking. Views from all the rooms were breathtaking. We were lucky enough to have great weather which gave us a chance to explore the area. We had one rainy day which we thoroughly enjoyed nestled in the living room with the cinema screen and impressive log burner, enjoying quality time with the children. We hope to return in the future.

“Well-equipped, clean house in beautiful location” The house had everything we needed. Very clean, spacious, had all necessary gadgets and WiFi. Appealing interior. Enclosed garden so our dog couldn't run off. Nice walks in the area. Very quiet location. 5 km walk into Carbost (Talisker Distillery) along the road has amazing views of mountains and bay on a sunny day. There are a lot of sights within easy reach, like Fairy Pools, Distillery, Talisker Bay etc., and Dunvegan Castle, Portree, and the Cullins and many more less then a 45 minute scenic drive away. Personally, I would advise bringing a car, although there are daily buses into Portree leaving from the nearby hotel. The hotel, which is only 5 minutes walk away, serves amazing dinners. The neighbourhood was really friendly, and the neighbours across the road extremely helpful as we had trouble with our campervan. (We visited in August, so I can't comment on the heating system. For us, the house felt comfortably warm and dry despite some rainy days we had. We didn't use the heater.) I would definitely recommend anyone looking to break away from the crowds to stay here, especially as the bigger places in Skye get so full during summer. I think the price is OK for what the place has to offer.

“Excellent Stay” Everything you could possibly need in a house that is set in stunning surrounding. Only 10mins drive from Tarbert was ideal. The house itself was fabulous. We arrived and everything crisp and clean. We would highly recommend staying in this house. We hope to again.

“EXCELLENT APARTMENT!” Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Bay Apartment in Oban. Excellent location with lovely views over the port and bay. The apartment was immaculately clean, had a lovely big kitchen and was well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday, in this gorgeous part of Scotland. Will definitely return one day.

“Highly recommended” My partner and I had a week at the bothy 4-10 Oct. The hosts Jan and Janny were welcoming and the cottage was lovely. Cosy, clean and well kitted out. “A Hebridean Home away from Home” An Airigh is a perfect cottage to explore the wilds of the Outer Hebrides whilst also being very close to the main town of Stornoway. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Stornoway, this cottage was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Ken and Isobel's hospitality is fantastic, from a welcoming bottle of wine to superb tips on what to see around the island. Because we have dogs we only really holiday in cottages around Great Britain and this cottage was definitely one of the best we have stayed in. If you would prefer a slightly more remote location Ken and Isobel also own the Shiant View cottage in Orinsay which we also stayed at while visiting the islands. This cottage is situated in a truly stunning location and once again is fully stocked with all the amenities and utensils you would ever need. The only drawback was we had to come home.

“Mrs” Lovely cottage in heart of Comrie equipped with all you need, and more, for a relaxing break. Exceptionally clean and warm, the owners have thought of everything to make this a true home from home. The tower was a particular hit and many an hour was spent enjoying the views (despite very wet weather). Will definitely be back.
