“Lovely Cottage” Most welcoming owners and cottage off the beaten track. Nice and quiet, with a wooded 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. Ideal base for a walking holiday, with plenty of public footpaths. Perfect for those days out in Cornwall, from here it is a short distance to places such as Lizard Point, The chocolate factory in Mullion and even the supermarkets in Helston. The gardens at Trebah are quite beautiful and further afield are places such as Tintagel Castle, Newquay and Padstow. A Great Place for a holiday in Cornwall.

“Family holiday” 3 Generations of my family had a most delightful holiday at the Old Vicarage in Looe. The house was spacious, very clean and charming. The beach was 1 minutes walk away and many top quality restaurants within 5 minutes walk. It is very unusual to find a top quality house in such a perfect location.

“Lovely cottage on the Cornish coast” Lovely location. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach or along the southwest coast path without getting the car out. The cottage was clean and well equipped. Lovely area.

“Fab family holiday” Had a great week in St Ives. A family get together, lucky for us the weather was great, house was perfect, each morning we walked down to St Ives to build up an appetite for the fresh fish served in many of the local pubs/cafes. Halsetown inn was good too. Would love to do this again sometime

“Beautiful views, 5 star cosy little apartment in an ideal location!” Wow wow That’s what I said on arrival! What a wonderful find! and I would definitely recommend it! Fantastic views every morning in a cosy and warm (underfloor heating) little apartment! Which was very welcoming when we walked in as it was March. The apartment had absolutely EVERYTHING! home from home with lovely little touches like 2 robes and slippers, a bottle of wine and chocs on arrival...... everything! Perfect location as it was lovely and quiet yet only a 30 minuet walk into St Ives. Walking distance to a cosy little pub and a handy tesco’s PERFECT! I would definitely go back and I give this property a 5 star! WELL DONE Janice and Chris!

“Fantastic house in a great location” We stayed with our two boys (4 and 6) and grandparents during the last week of May 2014. The house was immaculate throughout with very high quality finishes. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area was bright and spacious and a really pleasant space in which to spend time. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils, and an adjoining utility room had a washing machine, dryer and plenty of space for hanging wetsuits and beach gear. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and spacious, and again, spotless. Plenty of towels and bedding was available, along with beach towels. There is also a large outside table and benches on the rear patio, which we found to be a nice sun trap and good place to eat. The house is a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach which was one of the main attractions when we decided to book. Driving into Bude took around 5 minutes. Overall, we were all very pleased with our holiday and would book again. The wine and cream teas waiting for us when we arrived were also a nice (and welcome!) touch.

“Amazing Apartment, cant wait to go back” Having decided only the day before to go away, I found The Old Shop in Mevagissey and with a few different options I decided to go with The Old Shop and what a great choice it was. The apartment is in acgreat location, parking is available opposite and it is only a 1 min walk to the shops and harbour. Never been to Mevagissey but loved how relaxed it was and had a nice collection of shops and a few nice restaurants and pubs for a cheeky pint. We also had close by a few beaches that went to, and if you need brand shops then the busier town of St Austell is 5 mins drive away. About The Old Shop........well John the owner was a pleasure to desl with, answered my rmsils anc texts promptly and came to meet us shortly after we srtived. The apartment is beautifully decorated and is very modern. The kitchen has everything you need, having a proper dinning room table was great, not just some pull out table the some places have. The bed was very comfortable with a wardrobe and drawers which was plenty for us. My sister in law came also, and she used the sofa bed which I must say was very good, again not the poor sofa beds you get a some places. There was a lovely large flat screen tv, free wifi, dvd player and dvd's and an x box, it had everything you need.....................and MOST IMPORTANTLY IT WAS CLEAN, INFACT SPOTLESS. Stayed in a few places in Cornwall and this is by far my favourite

“Perfect week away!” The cottage was everything I'd hoped for, all the equipment you'd ever need, very clean, very cozy. Looking out of the window each day seeing the sun come up over the harbour and watching the boats bobbing up and down in the water was really heartwarming and very relaxing. Things I'll miss. ... the fresh smell of the sea air, the best fish and chips I'd ever had, walks around the village and beyond and the general feeling of being totally relaxed with a permanent smile on my face!
