CLIFF END, smart cliffside chalet with uninterrupted, panoramic sea views
This cottage offer unrivalled views and wonderful tranquillity. It's very clean, well decorated & appointed, especially given its location - be prepared for a long climb down!
Not suitable for those who may find a steep descent down the cliff a problem. Recommend you arrive in daylight to find this easily if it's your first stay here. All in all, well worth the effort down (& back up) the cliff! …
Kean Hills Luxury Upper Deck
A relaxing stay in Cornwalls beautiful forgotten corner
We stayed in Cawsand last week, an area that we hadn't visited before. We were very impressed with such a lovely, typically "Cornish", area being so accessible. Cawsand and Kingsand run into each other and there is a choice of four excellent pubs that all do food. There is also a regular, small ferry that goes from Cawsand to the Barbican at Plymouth which is well worth a visit. The Rame peninsula is right onto the Cornish Coastal Path with lovely walks.
Kean Hill was a great choice of place to stay. My husband and I had the upper deck apartment which was great for two people, very comfortable with a superb sea view and easy access to the town and sea front.
Helen made us very welcome and was really helpful and friendly. We will certainly visit again! …
Pristine Cottage, lovely location.
Clean, tidy Cottage.
Lovely village location.
Owner offered to look after pet dog whilst we visited Eden Project.
A really great week. …
Comprehensively equipped, large property, with helpful owners, ideal for children
Large property, ideal for large family or 2 on holiday together, as living area is divided each side of a central Lounge/diner
I have never stayed anywhere with such a comprehensive level of equipment, ideal if your family includes young children
There is loads to do at the Bungalow, including a swimming pool, which was unfortunately closed as we visited in november
It is also near to lots of local attractions, and close to Cawsans and Kingsand
We stayed at the Bungalow whilst at a wedding at the nearby Polhawn Fort, just a few minutes away
The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful
I would give this an excellent review …
Wonderful accommodation, wonderful location and wonderful hosts. It’s just the little things that makes me want to rave about this place, e.g. milk and a bottle of wine, tea, coffee and most of all bog roll! The major things were how clean it was and how homely it made you feel.
It was the RnR that we were looking for. …
