“A great place to stay” A very well equipped apartment ideally suited for two couples. The apartment is in a good location shops etc in easy reach and well placed for days out.The apartment has been well thought out and the extra touches, flowers and wine and local buns, on arrival were very welcome after a long drive. Falmouth it's self is well worth a visit and it's proximity to other attractions make it a great holiday destination especially if like us you are lucky with the weather. The owner is very quick to answer any questions.

“Lovely Stay” We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house in Falmouth at christmas 2018. The house had everything we needed and the owner was very accommodating by letting us stay a day earlier to make our journey easier. We'll be back 10/10

“Can't recommend highly enough!” My husband and I first visited and stayed at Trethellan Lodge in Summer 2008 with our 1yr old daughter. The following year we stayed at Trethellan Cottage with our 2yr old and 7mth daughters. The following year we stayed at Trethellan View with our daughters, my sister in law and her then fiancee, my parents in law stayed in the Cottage. So you could say we have definitely had a good experience at this lovely location. All 3 properties are of high standard with all the facilities you could wish for (except high speed internet as this is not available due to the thickness of the walls). We fully intend to return again in the future. The location is central enough to explore most of Cornwall at leisure as it is on a good road network. Indeed we have certainly see quite a bit but still have more to return for. Some good local spots we found included Portreath Beach, Godrievy Head (fab views and a lovely place to have an early evening bbq), Hayle (about 20mins drive) and Watergate Bay (about 45mins, the other side of Newquay and home to Jamie Olivers 15). These are just a few of our favourites. The owners are lovely people and very accommodating, they make you feel very welcome and will help wherever they can. The farm animals are an added bonus with young children, our girls loved to feed them the left overs from our food (veg & fruit peelings or pieces). The play area is good and safe.

“A lovely home by the 'Waters Edge'” We stayed at Waters Edge, myself my husband and our two mothers who are both elderly. The bungalow is in a lovely location with beautiful views across the estury (the moms really enjoyed the views from the two leather swivel chairs in the large bay window!). It is fully equipped with everything that you need for a perfect, comfortable holiday and everything was scrupulously clean and very well cared for. The garden is lovely, with a nice patio area reached by a few steps which were managed well by mom. A walk along the grass to the bottom of the garden and you come to a lovely area to sit , with access through a gate leading to a small slipway. The walk to town with its good selection of shops and facilities is approx 20mins steady walk. We found everyone we spoke to in town to be very friendly. Communication with the owner prior to the holiday was very efficient and he was happy to help with any enquiry that we had. We all agreed that we would have no hesitation staying at Waters Edge in the future

“Family Christmas celebration” We have just spent a wonderful week at Beach Cottage . It was very comfortable & well equipped . We had plenty of space for family & friends . The views are fabulous, from every window ,of the river estuary . We had lovely flowers & shortbread on arrival ,and help & advice from Steve . Our dogs were safe in the garden .The cottage is very well situated & close to many amenities . Booking was really easy & everything went smoothly . We look forward to our next holiday at Beach Cottage .
