“Fantastic action packed weekend in Newquay” We stayed at Mowhay barn for a weekend as a group of friends. The pictures are great but in truth do not do the barn justice. It is situated perfectly for anyone visiting Newquay and it's surrounding areas, it's is roughly a mile away from the fantastic setting of Watergate Bay set back in the beautiful Cornwall countryside. I would 100% visit again and recommend to anyone looking to visit Cornwall and take in its breathtaking beauty as a family or group of friends. Ann was a fanatic prior to the visit communicating and supporting all questions and was a great host.

“Wow, what a location!” Arriving in beautiful sunshine to a fantastic apartment like this was blissful. This modern apartment with all mod cons was the perfect bolthole for a few days away from the maddening crowds. Located directly on the beach to enjoy it's benefits and easy access to the coastal walks was ideal. We would definitely consider staying here again, the booking admin straight forward with very professional service.

“Didn't want to leave” The place was great, it was a perfect base to explore the whole of Cornwall or to just to stay in and relax. The hosts were lovely and we will definitely be back again. The fish and chips at the Lizard are fantastic definitely worth a trip!

“A truly wonderful rental property...” Lobbs cottage is an excellent property offering all of the comforts of home. A great deal of thought has gone into the decor and furniture making a really comfortable homely retreat. The property is perfect in size for a family - we are 5 strong and there was space througout allowing us to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms are again very nicely furnished and the beds very comfortable. The local village is within a five minute walk and has all you need on your doorstep - great pub with excellent food, excellent village store. The beach at Mawgan Porth is a very close drive away or walk if that way inclined. Also very easy for Watergate Bay and all the other local beaches. All in all an excellent property worthy of a visit.

“Perfect” The flat was spot on. Modern, clean and a lovely space to relax after being out and about for the day. Pretty much everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Could happily spend the entire summer season here. Nice, quiet area. Very close to walk to Fistral beach, and can also walk into Newquay town centre in about 20-30 mins, depending on your pace. Communication with the owner was nothing less than excellent. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Had an amazing holiday.

“Fabulous house!” We rented this house as a family to attend our Daughters wedding at Lusty Glaze Beach, Our two sons, their wives, two grandchildren, my Mum and my husband and I. The house is beautifully decorated, super clean and large enough to accommodate 7 adults and 2 children. It comes fully equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your stay, there was even a hairdryer, which was a godsend as everyone forgot to bring one! My Grandson loved the coloured lights in the lounge and the garden room. Lovely welcome surprise of scones, jam and cream in the fridge. Thank you for a perfect stay x

“Wonderful Holiday Memories - Beautiful Property & Location” I booked this property 13 months in advance for our large group of 12 (ages ranging from 16 to 55) as both the location & value looked ideal. I/we were not disappointed. As soon as you arrive & open the door to this wonderful property, your smile broadens - as you have simply added so much value, comfort & luxury to your holiday (whether the weather outside is good or bad). This large property size had more than ample space to accommodate our group (in 5 bedrooms). The facilities provided throughout the house were excellent., including large modern kitchen & dining area, a seperate large Lounge & TV area. 4 Lovely bathroom & toilets. Utility room with good washing & spin-drying machines. The view from the upstairs balcony overlooking the River Gannel is beautiful & relaxing. In the front garden there is a great BBQ & Fire pit outdoor seating areas. The location of the property is ideal as it is in a quiet peaceful area (approx 1 mile outside the hustle of Newquay) & yet you still have good access to all roads leading up & down the sublime North Cornish coast. Newquay's 9 beaches are ideal during the daytime for all water activities (Surfing & Coasteering were fabulous), while there were very good nearby restaurants recommended by the owners. Our sincere thanks to the owners who were very helpful & communicated well, both before we arrived, & also upon arrival. While it was also a lovely touch to provide cream teas upon our arrival too. We would all, without hesitation, heartily recommend both the property & it’s location!

“Just perfect” We really enjoyed our stay at Lowenza, John and Barb had thought of everything, the house is modern, clean and very well equipted, the welcome pack was a very nice touch and it was greatly appreciated. It is close to the town, just a short walk but not too close to be noisy at night. The comunication from John and Barb was excellent and all the information needed was provided in the house, places to visit and eat out. I would highly recommend Lowenza and would like to thank John and Barb for a great stay in their holiday home and we would love to stay again in the near future. Barry and Sue.
