“Great break, easy access to Newquay...I would stay there again” The customer service side was excellent, communication with the owner was good. The best feature of the house must be the bathroom and Kitchen, but the other rooms were good as well. Newquay (down one hill then up a fairly steep hill) and boating lake is within easy walking distance, the bus stop is just outside, a car isn't necessary. Only one toilet, which might be a little awkward with a family, as there was only two of us this wasn't an issue. I would stay there again, the owners are lovely to deal with.

“Didn't want to leave” The place was great, it was a perfect base to explore the whole of Cornwall or to just to stay in and relax. The hosts were lovely and we will definitely be back again. The fish and chips at the Lizard are fantastic definitely worth a trip!

“A truly wonderful rental property...” Lobbs cottage is an excellent property offering all of the comforts of home. A great deal of thought has gone into the decor and furniture making a really comfortable homely retreat. The property is perfect in size for a family - we are 5 strong and there was space througout allowing us to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms are again very nicely furnished and the beds very comfortable. The local village is within a five minute walk and has all you need on your doorstep - great pub with excellent food, excellent village store. The beach at Mawgan Porth is a very close drive away or walk if that way inclined. Also very easy for Watergate Bay and all the other local beaches. All in all an excellent property worthy of a visit.

“Fantastic apartment with stunning views!” From the moment I booked our holiday with Lesley I was extremely impressed with how pleasant and stress free the booking process was. Communication was excellent and far better than booking through an agency. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and very welcoming, even including a welcome tray. Lesley had thought of everything and I couldn't believe how well equipped the apartment was, even including a lid for my dog food tin and a pet food fork. The view from the apartment is amazing and the location for dog walking was fantastic. By far the best accommodation I have stayed in and not over priced as many others are in the area. Looking forward to staying again in the future.'

“Comfortable apartment in excellent location” Very comfortable, modern apartment with excellent facilities. Situated in a great location for travelling about Cornwall. Very handy having your own parking space and having a swimming pool on site was also an extra bonus although we were fortunate to have it to ourselves on the 4 occasions we used it. I can highly recommend...the sea views are amazing .Great communication with the owner.
