“Homely, welcoming, spacious, with spectacular views of the sunset and countryside.” We were two families, with the youngest being just two. The cottage was perfect and fulfilled so many of our needs. The kitchen was well equipped, with the dining table appropriately placed for easy clearing after feeding our hoard! The living room created a relaxing space for us to dwell over our fun packed days out. The well maintained play area was a must for the kids whilst we prepared dinner each evening, standing in the field we saw some spectacular sunsets over Boscombe Bay. We had some lovely days out in Boscombe, Tintagel, Padstow, Constantine Bay and Bossiney Bay. The Cobweb in Boscombe does great food and ale, and you simply must try the cornish pasties from the local bakery and the National Trust Cafe! Bossiney Bay has a very steep decline from the car park, which is exposed to cliff edges in parts, but it is well worth it for the views and golden sands of the cove. Daymar Bay was a great beach for the kids, with very shallow waters.
Thanks to Sean, for providing us with a great place from which to explore that part of the Cornish coast.
