“Absolutely beautiful and perfect” We stayed over for one evening before embarking to the Isles of Scilly and we were completely delighted with this beautiful holiday home. It has the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and everything you could possibly need for a holiday. If we weren't already going somewhere else we would have loved to stay here for longer. Thank you Karen for your hospitality and all the little extras you added, we really appreciated it and will definitely book again next year. You would not be disappointed if you booked here for a holiday, and we have 2 children and there was lots of space, it was spotlessly clean and lots of DVD's and books if the weather was poor. “Comfortable and well equipped but could have been cleaned more thoroughly.” We've been to Cornwall many times but this time had our three year old granddaughter with us so wanted something to keep her occupied too. The swimming pool and play park went down very well, she was in the pool most days. The kitchen of our house was well equipped and the living room was very comfortable with a good-sized tv and video player. The bedding was clean (although our bed was quite hard and I don't think it was a full size double, the beds upstairs seemed bigger) but there were scraps of paper and sweets under the sofas and make up on one of the curtains. We took two cars and found there was ample space for parking and plenty of space to walk our dog which we were able to take into the restaurant, in fact we could take him into most shops, pubs etc in Cornwall. We spent some time at various beaches which we all enjoyed, including our dog, and while in Newquay visited the Blue Reef Aquarium but wouldn't go there again, it was very expensive for the short time it took to go round. We also visited the Screech Owl Sanctuary which we've been to quite a few times, much better value for money with talks, flying displays, able to stroke some of the owls, other animals and a nice little cafe.

“Brilliant Accomodation, Brilliant Location” We've just returned from a week's holiday at Atlantic Reach where we had a fantastic time. We rented a 4 bed Lodge which was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids (aged 3 to 10). The accommodation was spacious over the two floors and not at any stage did we feel we where on top of each other. The facilities on-site where great for both the adults and the kids, from the pool and soft play (also outdoor adventure playground) to the restaurant and evening entertainment. Being situated outside of Newquay was great. We missed out on the hustle and bustle of Newquay centre but was only 20 mins drive when we wanted to visit. We also had great access to many other places including Padstow, Eden Project, etc. Everything seemed to be 20-30 mins drive in any direction which suited us fine. We are already thinking about returning next year and would recommend Atlantic Reach to anyone. Also if you like Cornish Cream Tea then visit Cosy Nook Tea Gardens in Crantock. You probably won't find a better cream tea in Cornwall.

“nice property” we booked last minute for a New Years stay and the owner was very helpful getting things sorted quickly. The house is on a nice holiday park with a lot of families etc, but our group of 20-somethings still managed a good time without disturbing anyone. The place is nicely decorated and we all felt very comfortable, 9 in our group and all fitted in just fine thanks to the sofabed. In the park's main building there was a pool, gym and bar but tbh we were more keen to go offsite. Having visted the area before we knew our way around, only about 15mins drive from Perrenporth proabably the best beach area I've been to. All in all highly recommended :)

“Lovely place to stay!” Keviin replied straight away when we enquired and really was very helpful. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean. The well equipped kitchen meant we ate out only once as we were able to make use of the full size fridge freezer having done a big shop at a nearby supermarket. We used the indoor pool, the golf course, tennis courts, had coffee and a beer in the bar where the boys played pool but were just as happy relaxing at the house. We return to Cornwall as often as we can so I'm sure we will be returning to Atlantic Reach. Some of the holiday homes looked a little tired, but not this one.

“Lovely place” We visited in march the weather was really quite good and being Lelant Cornwall you can easily flit from coast to coast and find lots to do , as for the cottage , well it has everything , could not fault it , the owners sure go out of their way to ensure a warm and comfortable stay and all the little touches made a proper home from home feel Thanks folks see you again soon Brian and Susan from Derbyshire

“Absolutely brilliant, great fun for all the family” Jane was a brilliant host very warm and welcoming , made the booking stress free. The site was lovely and great for all the family. The staff on site were fantastic and great with the kids. It's in a great location to get out and about. Will definitely stay again. Just a shame we were only there for a weekend, there was plenty to do.

“Another great stay” This is our third stay at this chalet and once again we have had a great holiday. The chalet is lovely, very well equipped with everything you may need, clean, very welcoming. The owner also supplies bath towels for all occupants whilst using the chalet. There is outdoor furniture available which was great in the evening to sit outside the chalet and enjoy the evening sunshine. Our family, includes two teenage boys, really like this chalet everything about it is perfect including the area. Penstowe Manor with its pool, gym and restaurants is great if weather is not so good, just down the road is several shops, pubs and a fish and chip shop if you don't want to do any cooking and the beautiful Sandymouth beach is approx 10 minutes away in the car. Would highly recommend this chalet.

“Excellent to deal with” Due to covid restrictions we have had to change our booking for the 3rd time. Alison was exceptionally obliging in changing our dates and always replied promptly. I couldn’t recommend her enough to deal with. Hopefully we will get to stay in her house next year.

“Lovely caravan, would stay again” Had a lovely holiday in Cornwall staying in this caravan. Its spacious with a comfy and cosy vibe. The views are beautiful which is a plus and where it is situated is lovely and quiet. It was my boyfriends first time going to Cornwall and he loved every second, even asked me if we could stay here again next time. The caravan is kitted out with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Was lovely coming back to it after a busy day exploring, could sit on the decking or sofa with an ice cold cider enjoying the view. 100% recommend, will be staying again :)
