“Perfect Location/ Views” Me and my wife stayed here for 4 days and We didn't want to go home, from the moment we arrived it was peace in itself views to die for and located right amongst anything you like, Resteraunts, Takeaways, Bars, Theatre, Cafes Etc. Unfortunately we did have to leave but next time we travel down I know where we going to book. Thanks for A great stay.
“Lovely Cottage” We spent a week in June at fishermans cottage and loved every minute!!
Fishermans is a lovely quirky and modern little cottage - with everything you need for a comfortable holiday and also has very, very comfy beds!!!! An ideal location to see all of Dartmouth on foot. Dont be put off by the 30 something steps up to the cottage - we thought of it as cancelling out all those cream tea's, which made them easy to clime!
Very easy booking service with all the info you could possibly need throughout your stay.
I already have and still are recomending to family and friends!!
Great Job - keep up the good work!
“Convenient and practical” The property provides clean, basic accommodation in an ideal location for the beach and facilities in The Ho!
....and the views from the front of the property looking out across the bay!!!
“Comfortable house in a great location” We loved our stay. The house had everything - comfortable, clean, new kitchen with lots of space, great location in a charming village close to lots of activities, and great view across the garden and pasture.

“Heavenly outdoors holiday location” We have just returned from this great house in Morteho, having spent 2 weeks there with friends and young children.
The location is unbeatable, with the surfing beaches a fantastic walk down a scenic path with incredible views across the north Devon coast.
We had 3 spectacularly beautiful beaches to choose from for crabbing, sandcastle building, surfing and boogie boarding...etc.....It was perfect!
Our kids have rated this their favourite holiday so far ! Beating holidays in Greece and Ile De Re hands down...and we would consider it up there with the best.
The house is lovely and spacious, very comfortable and well equipped.
Only downside is the lack of outside space, which is why i am not scoring 5 stars, but really this is harsh as the house is perfect in every other way, and the location more than made up for this, as we spent the entire day out in the great outdoors, and the house is right in the heart of a lovely village (with a great pub across the road).
We would also definitely love to go back next year.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this property and location.

“Cosy, warm, homely and well located!” I stayed at The Mill for 3 nights in November - it is a lovely, cosy, comfortable place to stay near all the main Dartmoor sights. It is clean, well equipped and has stunning views. It's location is perfect, near lovely Ashburton with a superb choice of independent shops yet near unspoilt Dartmoor for great hiking, views and space! It is peaceful and has an amazingly comfortable bed to relax in after an active day....There are maps and plenty of locational advice to utilise.

“Mrs” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ilsham Mews. The house was cleaned to a high standard and the extra touches (hotel folded towels, bread and butter...) were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful - two things we always hope for when we stay away from home.
If we were to give any criticism at all, it would be only two very small things: the first, that only one toilet roll was provided, and the second, that the wifi was exceptionally slow (we actually think the owners ought to complain to their provider as in a town it really shouldn't be so slow!). Whilst we came to get away from it all, searching for the best places to park or infact booking parking for some activities was hindered by this.
Having said all that, we would definitely look to stay here again. It was a real home from home and there is so much to do around south Devon! Thanks!

“Warm & comfortable base” Lovely caravan, compared to some we've stayed in. Well designed with plenty of space - a sofa each and one to spare! A dining table looking out over the garden and central heating which was great given May's inclement weather. One suggestion would be to have individual reading lamps in the bedroom, as they are both controlled from one switch so if one of you reads late then both lights have to be on.
A good base to do some walking on the high moor and easily accessible from the military road from Okehampton camp. Castle Drogo is not far away and worth a visit.

“AMAZED at EXCELLENT QUALITY of ALL ASPECTS of PARKVIEW APARTMENT.” My wife and I were astonished with ALL aspects of this apartment,100% satisfied, and totally pleased., would highly recommend it to anybody. BIDEFORD its-self is a little run-down and could benefit from a good dose of T.L.C. The apartments location is a good hearty walk to the town center and not recommended for the faint-hearted. The surrounding countryside is a joy to behold and we were lucky to have good sunny weather for our holiday.
