“Repeat visit to a wonderful location” This was my fourth visit to 3 The Headland, which has become my partner's and my go-to destination for creative contemplation, solitude, and solace due to the extraordinary views and the wonderful coastal paths. My trip this time (just the dogs and me) was a little...unusual...due to the public health crisis. Sandown Properties' communication was very good however, and they had clearly accounted for government guidance at the time, with staff taking extra precautions to ensure guests' health and safety. I was able to spend five days in the flat, which was clean and well-presented as always. The weather was beautiful, but even inclement weather does not detract from the beauty and drama of the views. The setting was quiet and peaceful, as I have found it tends to be at this time of year. Of course, as the Covid-19 situation escalated I returned home early, but again communication and support from the rental company were excellent, and they were extremely understanding and compassionate during such frightening and challenging times. My best wishes and thanks to all the staff who took such good care; I am grateful that I was able to stay at The Headland and hope to be able to return some day.

“Perfect cottage,walks right on the doorstep!!!” What can I say, well equipped cottage, lovely friendly and informative owner,super walks with the dog right from the back door. Been three times now so I think that this says it all. Great for exploring all of Snowdon and North Wales cannot recommend enough,will be going back later this year.

“Fantastic accomodation!!!!!” Stayed in Llandudno many times and this property tops the list.... the house was clean and spacious, well equipped and the kids loved 'their floor'. (Top floor had own kitchen and tv) great location for the town centre and no problem parking either. The owner left plenty of tea/coffee and chocolate for the kids. Great to communicate with too. I really can't fault it!!!!! 5☆☆☆☆☆ all the way. Now comes with wi-fi too.... lovely house... the Babb/Jordi's

“Fabulous stay in a stunning part of Wales” Can’t recommend this place highly enough. We stayed as a family of five and there was plenty of space, beautifully clean and fresh whilst also being very cosy. Mike and Gretta were so friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions for things to do. We’d have been happy just in the immediate area but the surroundings are so beautiful too - with the estuary just over the hill and plenty of mountains and beaches to explore. We didn’t have enough time and will definitely be visiting again.

“Our holiday in wales” Our first holiday in Wales. Lovely cottage with everything you need to stay for a nice break. Very clean and warm.even had a wood burner which gave a lovely romantic feel to the place. Great for 2 people. Would defiantly recommend this place. Have some fond memorys to remember now.lovely village with shops 10 minutes away by car.

“Girls Welsh Adventure” Stunning location, perfect for our needs. Good base for sightseeing the local area. House in need of some decorative modernisation and some general TLC but on the whole a clean and comfortable place to stay. Excellently located within easy reach of most popular activities. Some lovely local beauty spots and walks and locals all very friendly. Black Rock Sands beach is a definite must visit and the train to Conwy and Betws y coed a lovely day out. Would go back and stay again very happily.
