“Ideal Location and perfect accomodation for our needs” Firstly location, ideal for exploring around the northern area of Pembrokeshire coast, for example: Broad Haven, Newgale, Solva, St Davids and Whitesands, etc. Also not too far away from our favourites of Tenby, Saundersfoot and Wisemans Bridge.
The accommodation was great, compact for the 2 of us, but would sleep 4 with the use of the sofa bed, which we didn't use. Excellent communication from the owner "Annie" from the start.
Very clean on arrival, good tv seating area and good all round kitchen and bathroom areas. The house faces south, utilising the sun on the terrace during the day, The house is situated within a 20 second walk to the first of three well served pubs, providing good quality food.
Also of note in this day and age, excellent Wi Fi Connection
As you can probably read into this review, we enjoyed very much our stay.

“Lovely accommodation in picturesque village.” Leeside is a lovely bungalow set in a peaceful residential area. To be able to sit at the dining table and have a sea view was wonderful. The garden was lovely with a selection of birds to add interest to our evening BBQ's. The beds were very comfortable and everywhere was very clean. The property has been recently modernised and everything is fresh. Our two 14 year old girls enjoyed the close proximity of the beach and headland walks which gave them some independance and a good reason to walk the dog. The harbour pub is less than 100 yards away and allows you to sit outside with a chilled glass of wine whilst offering free internet connection. Cemaes itself has a good range of small shops and cafes and a choice of 3 pubs. We never tried the food at the local pubs so can't comment but we had a great meal at the Douglas Inn at nearby Tregele and a lovely afternoon tea at Leafy Lane cafe in Bull Bay. The jam factory is def worth a visit for their cherry jam and to see their eclectic collection of cars and signs. Cemaes is a good base for touring the many beaches and villages of Anglesey and the girls enjoyed the interactive science displays at Wylfra Power station. A very enjoyable holiday made more pleasant by the lovely owners Jeanette and Charles who gave us a guided tour of the property on arrival and quickly returned the deposit.
“Great location and house!” We stayed here on a family break. The house was amazing and had been newly refurbished to a very good standard. There were 6 adults, 2 children and a dog - and still plenty of room. The beach at benllech is a short walk. We will definitely be returning this spring!
“Our stay at Ty Hapus” We have had a lovely time at Ty Hapus and the bungalow is absolutely beautiful with everything you could possibly need. The garden was lovely to sit in with lots of birds visiting. I forgot the bird seed . Would definitely go back again and hope to be back in a few months time. I will definitely recommend Ty Hapus to others when visiting Wales. The cake was delicious and Chris is a very good cake maker. I thought my lemon drizzle cake was one of the best till I tasted Chris's cake. A lovely relaxing place to be. Just the place to be to recover from illness as I was . Just the tonic I needed. Thank you so much for a lovely time. Tracy xxxx
“Lovely bungalow and great location” The bungalow was lovely, recently refurbed, nice decor, comfortable and equipped amply for our needs. Lovely selection of beach toys in the garage for the kids along with garden furniture and BBQ although it wasn't warm enough to bother getting them out. All facilities worked well and were more than good enough for our needs. A few things need some attention, just snagging after the house has been done up, but just bits and bobs, nothing was broken. The beach was literally 200 yards from the house, closer than expected and it's a great beach, and nice eateries, a pub and a couple of shops very close so plenty to do. A lovely stay :)
“Tranquility and beautiful scenery” Thank you for a very relaxing break in your wonderful bungalow. Very well equipped, warm and cosy as well as extremely spacious. My dog and I spent many a contented hour in the conservatory watching the birds and enjoying the view. I also thoroughly enjoyed playing the piano. A delightful way to get away from it all and explore the local countryside. Gigrin red kite feeding was spectacular as are the reservoirs in the Elan valley. Unspoilt views and fabulous autumn colours all around. Lovely warm welcome from Del - thank you. Highly recommended.
“Excellent” Very spacious bungalow near to the town. It had all the facilities such as WiFi, full sky package, games etc, all the kitchen/laundry equipment that you would need. Very comfortable chairs and bed. To top it all a very nice gesture by the owners of all your basic food on arrival plus a lovely vase of flowers. Fantastic base to a holiday in mid Wales.
“Had a great time” We stayed in this lovely banglow for four nights at the beginning of Sep. It sits in a quiet location with very little through traffic. It was comfortable like home from home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The sofas in the sitting room are very comfortable. I like the blackout curtain in the bunk bed bedroom and my kids slept really well. We visited some local parks in the area. Overall i would highly recommend this place for a comfortable relaxing holiday.
“superb” "Meadowcroft" was a plesant suprise! Extremely large, and well laid out bungalow, with all the facilities you could require. Amazing cleanliness, beautiful garden, and so dog friendly.
Locality to beach, coastal path, and other attractions was perfect, still with plenty of privacy.
The owner was so friendly, and couldn't do enough for us.
Excellent value for money, and we will certainly return.
Thank you so much for a fantastic break.
