“Superb” House is superb very close to town and beach. Toddlers had a lovely time in the garden hot tub and play park. We were a party of 11 and there is plenty of space for everyone. It was so good when we got home we rebooked.
“Very comfortable stay marred by noise and dust from builders” The Barn itself is well equipped and has been converted to a high spec. Its location next to the grounds of a large mansion and very close to Llangors Lake, is fabulous. The only outside space is the concrete courtyard (cracked and uneven) - this should be made clear in the description. Our stay was also marred by builders working on the adjacent house for the owner's daughter. They arrived early so we didn't want to take breakfast outside. The owner did apologise but that was the extent of his goodwill gesture to meet our disappointment. The Barn sleeps 8 but there was only one set of keys which was inconvenient.
“Fantastic cottage, great little bolt-hole, excellent walking cou” Cottage is superbly equipped with all you need for cosy dinners in. Great location for a whole range of walks. Very comfortable, comes highly recommended.
“A great place to stay with a wonderful welcome” We arrived very late on a Friday night with 2 small fractious children and a dog, but we were still greeted with a very warm and helpful welcome. The extra touches like stocking the fridge with essentials was greatly appreciated. The location is great. The only minor problem was the beautiful underfloor-heated stone flags were quite hard for our toddler to fall down on.
“Excellent accommodation” What an amazing place to stay spotlessly clean spacious very well equipped with everything we needed. Nicola dealt with every query quickly and everything was dealt with would highly recommend and we will return

“Beautiful cottages in stunning location” My brothers and sisters all came along with their own families to celebrate our mother's 60th birthday to at Cilwych Farm Cottages... and it was fab! Each families had it own cottage and the communal area was plenty big enough for us all. The cottages have lovely authentic features and the surrounding area/landscape is fantastic. I highly recommend this place!
“Beautiful Bank Holiday Break” We had such an amazing weekend here. The barn is so lovely & the children absolutely loved the outside space. Even my difficult to please 12 year old loved it! We definitely have plans to come back. Couldn't have wished for better. Thank you
“Perfect.” Perfect barn, perfect gardens, perfect location.
We were a young group of friends from mid Wales visiting for our friends wedding. The barn had everything we needed...and more! Perfectly equipped and finished to a high standard.
Communication with the owners prior to our arrival and on departure was second to none and they couldn't have been more helpful.
I would (and already have!) recommend this property to my friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting the area in the future.
