“Awsome place” We have just spent three nights in this truly amazing place .Totally blow away by it .The facilities were numerous and we all enjoyed them all .Swimming pool ,hot tubs jacuzzi,indoor and out door BBQ ,sauna .All set in truly beautiful surroundings.we could not have asked for better.What a stunning place .Thank you for a fantastic weekend.

“Well equipped cottage with a lot of privacy in a beautiful area” The Swallows Nest has all modern conveniences, is very well maintained and is situated in a great area for nice walks close to a beautiful secluded beach area with impressive eroding cliffs. You can hunt for fossils on the beach but the cliff area itself is rather muddy and unstable. Be aware of the tides. The owners are very responsive, helpful with advice but give you a lot of privacy and surprised us upon arrival with a nice welcome package. The indoor swimming pool is a very pleasant extra. The recommended pub The Two Sawyers in a village 10 minutes drive away was exactly as you wish a pub to be with great food , real ale and a welcoming atmosphere. In the area are quite some interesting castles, gardens and walking trails. We definitely would like to return!

“Great house in spectacular location” Spent the weekend here and was not disappointed. Luxurious accommodation in a spectacular setting. The grounds of the Estate are a kids paradise, also big kids too! We walked to Tighnabruaich along the Cowal Way which was a lovely walk and goes right past the house.

“A wonderful place for couples to stay” Set in a great location which is easy to find, The Retreat is a well equipped self catering cottage, perfect for that romantic weekend away. Joy really has thought of everything you might need, from salt and pepper to menus for local restaurants. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

“beautiful house, stunning grounds- all you need for a break in rural Norfolk” This house is a real stunner, with modern and antique furnishings that blend together effortlessly. It is in a private and secluded location on the edge of a beautiful South Norfolk village and yet only 8 miles away from the historic city of Norwich. A wonderful hamper is there to greet you, along with plenty of information to ensure you make the most of your stay. The house has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The beds are large and very comfortable, the bathrooms are modern, very tasteful and a real delight. The kitchen is very well equipped with top of the range facilities including an Aga cooker. For those who enjoy technology there is free use of an I-pad with wi-fi. If you enjoy your music then relax with a multi room sound system. The youngsters are also very well catered for with a pool table and play station on the second floor. The ample and well tended grounds are also a real pleasure including an organic vegetable garden. You can open the double doors from the beautiful sitting room where there is a large table, a barbecue and a hammock to lounge in. If you want to be more energetic there is a very good tennis court and outside table tennis, with all the necessary bats,and balls provided. Give this place a try, it is one place that you will never forget! I am already planning my return.

“As a holiday home Llanlliana has it all!” What a wonderful, secluded location to spend a few days/week away. As a holiday home Llanlliana has it all. Where to start - Dan & Nikki are fabulous hosts, so welcoming & nothing is too much trouble for them. The whole house is beautifully & very practically furnished to the highest specification, with everything you could wish for & more in a holiday home. All of the rooms are without exception extremely stylish, having been tastefully decorated whilst retaining a very homely feel about the place. We have spent a couple of long weekends there with friends over the last two years & it has been lovely to have the space for all of us to get together comfortably to eat & relax in the same rooms. “WIsh I could have stayed longer” I booked up this accomodation principally as my wife and I were attending a 50th birthday w/e in Lyme Regis and we wanted to be able to dip in and out of various activities which were laid on that w/e. The Acorns appealed as it was circa 3 miles out of town and was a high standard of accomodation. Unfortunately we only spend a minimal amount of time enjoying the place as we ended up participating in a few more events to do with the birthday bash than we expected! We loved the home baked bread and other goodies in the welcome hamper upon arrival. The fit and finish of The Acorns was first class and super clean & warm + the open broadband was appreciated. We would very much like to go back just to relax next time

“Fantastic Easter Break” This was our 2nd time of visiting this amazing house as 2 families. Chris & Wendy the owners are fantastic hosts and ensure that you have a great stay (Thanks for the added touches - the children loved the Easter hunt that you did for them and everyone loved the fresh eggs). The house has everything you could ask for from a large swimming pool that is private to you for the whole week, an impressive hot tub, pool table and bar area, BBQ, 2 large lounge areas and well presented ensuite bedrooms. The terrace on the first floor overlooking the countryside is an added bonus where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The garden area is very private and the children love playing with the croquet and the table tennis. You don't have to venture out if you don't want to as it's a great chill out week with fantastic facilities however if you do you have Africa Alive, Fritton Lake and Pleasurewood Hills all near by for a fun day out. We have stayed in many holiday homes across the UK and this is first class. We will definately be returning and hope to see you again soon.

“Beautiful Place To Stay” We would like to thank Tim & Sara for a lovely stay at Logie Country House. The accomodation is perfect for famlies or groups of friends with plenty of space and entertainment for everyone, the whole house was very clean and really comfortable, we loved the wood burner at night and the kids have been pleading for a wii since we got home!! The little touches make a big difference like getting chicken food for the kids ( to feed the chickens not themselves!! )or fishing rods when we found out the river was stocked with brown trout,and the owners make a big effort to ensure you have a comfortable & enjoyable stay without being intrusive. We can't wait to return when the pool will be finished next year.

“Superb Cottage, lovely swimming pool, great location!” We stayed here for an extended weekend and I could not be more happy with the experience. The place was immaculate and the little touches (milk in fridge, fruit in bowl) made all the difference! It would have been a great place just to sit and enjoy the surrounding and immaculate gardens and pool, but we also went on a few walks (of which there are many). Hastings is a short walk or bus ride away and the cottage is ideal for those looking to get away from it all. I will most definitely be returning, the only slight issue I have is with the name of the place... but I have overcome this... Badgers live in Setts but holiday in Dens!

“Lough Erne Resort. Enniskillen” Beautifully presented house in a stunning location. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for any length of stay. We attended a family wedding at the nearby hotel (a 3 minute walk) and found this house represented good value for money compared with booking 3 hotel rooms for 3 nights. Lovely to return to your own house after all the celebrations and just chill out. We shall definitely return in the summer and explore the beautiful surrounding area. Susan the owner is very accomodation and nothing was too much trouble.....we even had a double rainbow over the Lough on our first mornings stay!

“PARADISE” We stayed 4 nights and it was total paradise! Every possible pastime was accounted for with a selection of books/magazines, DVDs, Sky TV, hot tub, sauna, music, wi-fi and fantastic views. We were looking for total relaxation and this ticked every box and then some. What more could you ask for?!

“perfect rural retreat designed with families in mind” We went there for a week with our 3 1/2 year old and were joined later in the week by another family with a baby and a 3 year old......really well laid out and cosy cottage, space for all of us and really high quality decoration throughout. Loved the hot tub, even in the mist but generally had a Fab week of October weather with amazing views......:-)

“Can't wait to go back!” This is the perfect place for a getaway! The apartment was top notch, and everything has been thought of, from the ipod docking station to the decor - this made our stay extra special. The hot tub just finished it off, and it was great just to sit back and relax in private. The kitchen had everything you would need for a break away. With Kenmore a short walk away (and thankfully the sun was shining for us) there was plenty to do from the pub and restaurant and friendly people. Can't wait to go back and just get away from it all.

“Fantastic find . brilliant house.” Visited here several times this year already and have booked a further 2 weekend breaks. We hit the jackpot with this one. Very spacious and extremely comfortable and roomy. Everything you need and lots of extras make this house a home. Few minutes drive into Withernsea or just over a mile walk through fields or via the disused railway track if you prefer. Comfy beds, wood burner for cozy nights and undercover hot tub which is so relaxing. Can't praise this rental enough & Sue & Alan are perfect hosts ,very friendly and approachable. You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you for our brilliant breaks.
