“Perfectly placed upmarket apartment” We stayed here for the weekend after my son's passing out parade from Raleigh. Can't recommend it enough. Arrived later than expected due to flight delays at Glasgow, but Cathy was most accommodating, meeting us later than expected and showing us all the facilities available. The apartment is modern & stylish with 2 good sized double bedrooms, one with a tv, good wardrobe space, good sized bathroom & an elegant sitting room with balcony. The kitchen again is of modern design, with cooker, washer/dryer & fridge. There is also a tv in the living space, available wi-fi and all the other items you would need, iron + board, clothes airer etc. (including 2 umbrellas) Centrally located it only takes 10 minutes to walk into the city centre or in the opposite direction to Royal William Yard with plenty of shops, restaurants & bars to choose from. Would certainly not hesitate to stay here again if visiting Plymouth.

“Fabulous holiday apartment” Seascape is a well situated apartment, right by the sea, with excellent views across the bay and skyline. Close to amenities and good walking in the area. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our last minute booking was accommodated with the help of the owner with no hassle. In all just fabulous for a break.
