“Marvellous Trinity Mews” We stayed for two weeks in June. Found the apartment to be well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Little things like games, brollies, information, maps etc all made it feel so welcoming. No problem with getting access to the apartment on our first day as all the information from Julian was spot on. Lovely to see that Julian trusts his guests to use his quality equipment with care. We found so much to do in the area i.e. Cockington Village and Craft Village was amazing. We used the train from Torquay. Enjoyed the Dartmouth steam train. The parking permits worked well, no problems. We will certainly return to enjoy Torquay again. Thankyou.

“Holiday in Torquay” Stayed at 18 Trinity Mews and I could not fault it. Everything you needed in the apartment that you could wish for making holiday so much enjoyable. We would highly recommend this.

“fantastic long weekend with friends in Mortehoe” The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully laid out, beds were incredibly comfortable and there were ample bathrooms/toilets for 10 of us. There was a large utility room, perfect for our boots and 3 dogs. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped, but since we were cooking pretty elaborate meals we did take a lot of our own equipment. Board games and cards were a welcome addition, together with the ipod dock and wifi. Good local shops including post office/newsagents, grocery shop with fresh bread and the deli next door had some pretty amazing ingredients including olives, great local cheeses and icecream. So much to do and see in the local area - fabulous being in a village with 3 pubs and being able to walk to beaches, Woolacoombe and Ilfracombe to explore, I could easily have stayed for the week . All in all a fantastic bank holiday rental.

“Great house in perfect location - perfect for 2 families” The house is situated in the heart of a lovely village surrounded by stunning beaches and scenery. Great place to unwind and relax and we didn't use the car all week (other than the daily shuttle run to dump all the beach / surfing gear down at the beach!) We stayed in the house for our family holiday with friends and the accommodation was very comfortable for two families. The children took over the top floor which they loved!! The house would also be suited to groups of adults. We were initially concerned about the lack of outdoor space but it really wasn't an issue as the headland and beaches are literally on the doorstep and there was plenty of room in the house for drying out wet clothes / wetsuits etc. Dom and Iona are both really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome in their house. Would definately recommend and looking forward to re booking in the future!

“Vacation” Nice spacious apartment. I liked the seaside theme and colours. Very relaxing. Nice kitchen. Nice views even in bad weather. If there were bigger and softer towels I would have given 5 stars. I felt the security was good. It was especially relaxing for my brother who is recuperating from a long spell in hospital. We all enjoyed our time together.

“Excellent accomodation and location” Lovely 5 bedroomed accomodation with large kitchen excellent cooking facilities and nice large eating area. Excellent location in small village but minutes walk away from lovely clifftop walks, National Trust Land and large sandy beach and town of Woolacombe, great for kids with plenty of coves and rockpools to explore. Property easy to book - great information provided on local amenities and maps/information on area in house itself brill. Within very close proximity are three pubs, restaurant, fish & chip shop and village stores. Both the Chichester Arms & Ship Aground serve excellent food but the meal we all had at the Ship was one of the best we have ever had, also excellent fish & chips from chippy and local produce from village stories including great cornish pasties - my son said best ever. The coastal walks are second to none and a must for any walker and the accomodation/location represents a great holiday and I would recommend a visit even out of season. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed the stay as well particulary the walks which are plentiful and varied, loads of different routes and circular walks, nice other beaches nearby including Croyde and huge beach at Saunton.

“A fantastic location in a fabulous comfortable cottage, made to feel really welcome by both Claire [--] John.” whilst weather was a little dissapointing, plenty to do with lovely walks & the fabulous beach just 5 mins walk through private field, plenty of reading material available including things to do & places to visit nearby, was very cosy watchiing a movie with the log burner going & really nice to sit in the peaceful garden & let the world pass you by. Felt really at home & very safe, also nice to have peace of mind that both Claire & John are there if you need them. A lovely cottage maintained to a high standard.

“It was so good we've booked for next year!!!” We had a great stay at Rose Barn cottage, 12 of us went for new year and was everything we could have wanted. The pool, sauna and bikes were great. “Great location!” This was our second stay at Red Rose Cottage, we love the location, just two minutes from the town centre and a couple of minutes more from the sea. An easy walk to the Manor Pavilion Theatre, the cinema, The Loft, who do a great full English breakfast and an amazing Indian restaurant. The cottage is warm, very comfortable and well equipped, we had a great holiday! Thank you.

“Perfect break” This accommodation cannot be faulted! Well presented, well maintained and perfect location for us. The little personal touches were very thoughtful. “Ideal accommodation in this perfect part of Devon” This was the 2nd holiday we had at Cotmore Barn and we didn't think it would be possible to enjoy it more than before, but we did. The barn is spacious, comfortable and well appointed so that you have everything you could need for a self-catering stay. The patio is well placed for sunny meals, from breakfast to dinner, with a parasol if shade is required. We ate here every day, enjoying the tranquil surroundings and bird activity. This is a truly lovely part of Devon. The coast line is dramatic, with delightful blue coves for swimming and sandy beaches for exploring. Whether walking the coastal path or taking a more relaxed approach, the scenery is wonderful. Cotmore is situated so you feel far enough away from it all but within easy reach of nearby towns and picturesque villages. Local ferries provide access to Agatha Christie's home and the Dart estuary; both are beautiful. There is plenty to see, lost villages, lighthouses, maps of shipwrecks, etc, etc. For a 'Famous Five' style holiday, nowhere could be better and Cotmore Barn is the perfect place to be located where Piers and Sue Spence will ensure a warm welcome and a generous sharing of their lovely surroundings.

“Absolutely loved this place!” We spent a weekend here. Everything about the chalet exceeded expectation. The setting was fabulous ... a great big expanse of sea with the constant sound of rolling waves. The chalet is compact (but then it is a chalet!) and very tastefully presented. Not sure if I would manage a week in it though! All the administration was easy and thorough and the woman who was managing it was very helpful. I would have loved an easy chair or two so that you didn't always have to sit on the caravan style banquette seats. We had a few hours of being able to have the 'patio' doors open and that was amazing! We walked to Beer and back on the Saturday morning along the coast path which was just stunning ... and chips and a pint at a pub in Beer was the icing on the cake. I wish you could rent the chalet for two nights (the minimum is three but we could only go for two) and the rental was quite steep for two nights. Will definitely go back though!

“Perfection” Well where do you start.... Amazing chalet decorated to a very high standard and containing everything you would buy yourself. Take a good look at the photo's because they don't exaggerate the beautiful views, no wide angle lens or trick photography used here. There are no words to describe the feeling of waking up, pulling open the curtains and just sitting there staring out of the window and watching the movement of the sea together with the activity of the navy and private yaughts. There are many places of interest around all reasonably priced - book this holiday you will not regret it.
