“Fabulous Holiday” What a fab week had by all, the welcoming pack was superb ( the dogs enjoyed there treats), the cottage is well equiped, lots of good walks (for the dogs) beautiful views from every window, so close to all amenities and the local people were so friendly, can not wait to book for next year.

“Excellent accommodation” We booked for a week to coincide with university graduations. The house is fantastic - spacious, well equipped, comfortable, in a quiet location on the edge of town. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we were coming back to St Andrews.

“Idyllic” The whole holiday experience, including the booking of the holiday, the very professional website and the obvious personal caring of the owner was simply superb! 21 Shoregate exceeded our expectations, which were already high! I cannot heap too much praise on the the owner of this Fife idyll! Their beautiful home was comparable with any 5 star property I've stayed in...either here or abroad! This is not just a place to stay...it's a place that is so well furnished,so clean and immaculate...it's the kind of place you really feel at home in. Every attention to detail has been carefully and lovingly considered. It's far and away the best holiday cottage I've ever experienced! I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful home to all that appreciate the best!

“Very Peaceful Setting” We came across this place when looking for accommodation in the area and we certainly “won a watch” with this find. It suited our needs 3 Bed with 3 bathrooms. (2 en suite) and it took dogs. The location is brilliant with fantastic views, plenty of walks round about. It’s fairly central to all the wee seaside villages and St Andrew’s or further afield if you wish to do more travelling. Inside it had all we needed home away from home and it was clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable, showers good. A nice wee courtyard out the back with lovely gardens that you can sit in. There is also a summerhouse to use however due to covid we couldn’t use it. Plenty of seating around garden to use. There is a two bed flat upstairs which was occupied at the time our visit however we never heard them at all. Space out front for two cars to use. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone to use. You could even take over upstairs and downstairs. The price was very reasonable and we are glad we found it. Alan
