Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“A prefect cottage in a wonderful situation on Cellardyke harbour” This was our second visit to 21 Shore St and every bit as good as we expected. The cottage is beautifully decorated, has every service you would expect and the bonus of a pint of milk in the fridge, a bottle of scrumptious wine and a packet of shortbread in the kitchen on arrival is a lovely touch. The cottage is within easy walking distance from Anstruther with its various attractions and excellent restaurants. It's also on the Fife Coastal Path and ideally situated for a walk to St Monans or Elie for lunch and then take the regular bus service back to Cellardyke.
“Fantastic location and acommodation” Can't say enough about our stay at Canny Corner. Fabulous house and great location . Our walk to Crail on Saturday was great and so good to come back and sit in the sunshine at the back of the property having our Prosecco and nibbles.
Excellent value for money. It would help calm nerves if Morag or Alan could reply to e-mails a little more quickly but once we had contacted them by phone everything was absolutely fine.
“Great place to stay for a relaxing break” If you are looking for Great holiday accommodation, in a peaceful location this is the place to come. Lovely views from the cottage, which is very comfortable and clean. Lots to do nearby, seaside walks, ancient towns and castles and excellent food. The owners are very hospitable and friendly and live nearby.
