Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Fantastic accommodation” We stayed in this property for 2 nights with my family as my son was getting married. What a great place it was lots of room. Great service from the property owners . Will definitely book again.
“Entschleunigung in sea glint - a very nice Palace to calm down” We had a wonderful time in this nice house. just some steps away from the harbour of pittenweem.every room showed us the sea-theme in a particular lovely way. the contacts with alan and the hints he gave us where really nice and helpful.we could enjoy our vacation from the date of booking til the end.thank you!
“Fantastic.” Has to be one of the best rentals in Fife. We almost cried when we had to leave but looking forward to our next visit.
Stunning views and even saw the odd Seal. Rockpooling with the kids was great fun and all on your doorstep.
One word of warning, if you have a large car like us you will struggle to get through the entrance with the stones on either side.
“Home from home” Lovely home in a perfect position just off the front in Pittenweem. Stunning coast walks from the house and lots of local options for food. Enjoyed some long dog walks and rounds of golf. The house was perfect, clean, comfortable with a lovely secluded garden which Lola enjoyed.
“Relaxing stay” We loved the beautiful views and watching the boats come and go. The appartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, even milk in the fridge when we arrived! Great location for walks on the coast path too. Would love to visit again.
“Family of 3 with small baby” Great location. Clean flat.
Only criticism is there are no blackout blinds just curtains which let in a lot of light so if you’re a light sleeper (or small child) it’s not ideal. We brought a blackout gro blind with us so could stick on the window with suckers.
The parking is unclear in the description. It tandem parking in the lane not the 2 spaces directly across from flat.
Locals were friendly. ESP the clock tower cafe and the chocolate shop across the road.
The local bakers is across the road and has the best butteries.
Central location for visiting all other parts of Fife.
Close to St.Andrews.
Would use again.
“Short break” Had such a lovely time at this beautiful little cottage, so tastefully decorated. We had a day of rain but spent a lovely afternoon playing some of the games available and loved our cosy day in. We’ll definitely be back. Pittenweem is a lovely wee village and accessible to lots of other towns along the Fife coast....also very friendly folk.
