“Five star accomadation” A beautiful barn with everything you could need and a unique garden, Annabel and Mark go the extra mile. We had a wonderful holiday here it being centrally placed for the Cotswolds, Wales and the Glocester docks and quays. We give it a five star rating.

“Familyx2” Lovely property, all rooms and facilities clean, spacious and high quality. The hot tub, pool table, Netflix and wifi were winners for our 4 teenagers. Lovely walks over adjacent fields, around the mere and canal paths. Visit to Chirk was worth it and great local pub (dog friendly and lovely food) just 2 minute walk up the road. Owners were friendly and helpful but not intrusive (even took delivery of our groceries when we were late arriving!). Would definitely recommend.

“beautiful place to stay” We booked this on the weekend that storm Dennis hit south Wales so didn't get to enjoy the beautiful country side walks that we might have done but that didn't matter because the accommodation was lovely enough to stay indoors and watch the rain from a cosy sofa by the fire. The owner was more than welcoming and even offered to pick us up from the pub if we'd decided to walk! We really loved the little cottage and everything was perfect, the roll top bath, kitchen and bedroom not to mention the amazing wood burning stove. The place itself would be perfect for the summer months as it has big glass doors to roll back and connect the inside with the outside with it's charming little clock garden completely private. We would love to return.

“Perfect Derbyshire cottage for couples” We enjoyed a wonderful break in this fantastic cottage. Beautifully done with every possible thing provided down to cloths, washing up liquid and candles. Lovely thoughtful bottle of fizz to welcome us and tea, milk, sugar etc. A truly refreshing stay. Fantastically comfortable sofa and bed, beautiful staircase and nice and private even though it’s attached to the owners house. Sarah was welcoming but not intrusive and has really tried to provide everything you could need. A great base for exploring Derbyshire, beautiful meals to be had a restaurants locally and only a short walk down into Matlock. Thank you, it was the break we needed and we would definitely stay again. A*******

“Excellent location for Bath Bristol and the surrounding region.” Stunning accommodation with massive swimming pool ideally located for exploring bothBristol and Bath. Longleat safari park and Chedar gorge well within reach. A lovely friendly welcome from Martin and Gilie who after explaining everything left us to enjoy the property inobtrusively. Defineately hope to be back again next year.

“Couldn`t ask for better!” We couldn`t ask for more, the accommodation was excellent, peaceful, and secure. The Park and Ride was only a short walk away so hardly needed to use the car and the walks were lovely.We were made to feel so very welcome on arrival. Everything we needed was there, ( including the milk and wine!) . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

“Excellent,relaxing Whitby retreat.” Arrived on time, to be greeted and made to feel welcome right away. After a quick introduction, and a couple of pointers, we were left to discover our accommodation ourselves, and what a great place it is. Exceptionally clean, well lit and warm, with a very well stocked set of kitchen appliances, and utensils. The bedrooms and bathroom are equally well thought out, and clean. Everything seems brand new. This is a perfectly situated place to stay if you want peaceful surroundings, yet easy to reach places of interest, and the next few days were spent walking and visiting Whitby and surrounding areas, with Radford's butchers in Sleights getting two visits, as there fillet steaks are out of this world!!!. Altogether a lovely holiday hideaway, within easy reach of more lively areas that we would definitely come back to.

“Beautiful Cottage, Beautiful Location” We were thrilled when we arrived at Tremodrett Cottage to see how lovely everything was and how thoughtfully the place had been furnished . The spec is very high , as explained in the description with us not needing for anything during the whole stay. Everywhere was perfectly clean , the cupboard s stocked with household essentials like dishwasher tablets etc. Small jars of tea, coffee and sugar were left - milk in the fridge. Also greatfully received the lovely biscuits and bottle of wine ! We will definitely be returning next time we come down to Cornwall .
