Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“I'm definitely visiting again” Wonderful beaches, romantic sea-side towns, beautiful countryside, very spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Quiet and beautifully located cottage, only a few minutes from the nearest boulangerie and a short drive from some of the loveliest beaches we have ever visited. We have already booked our next holiday there!
“Lovely house, garden and location” As a family of 5 we stayed here during the Easter school holidays. Very comfortable, homely, clean and good quality property. Perfect open plan living layout. Quiet location but close enough to the two beaches and coastal walks. Sun trap garden was a bonus as it was an unexpectedly warm week. Side access very useful for sandy kit. All round ideal property!
“amazing property with very helpful owners” this was an amazing property with everything you could need supplied. the owners were lovely and very helpful. tea coffee and milk were supplied. there was also chocolates and flowers which made our arrival very welcoming. we will definately be returning
“Fantastic weeks break” What a great time we had at the pigsty. There was plenty of space for us to unwind and relax, it has a private garden with a lovely view across the countryside.
This was a lovely alternative to a hotel, it was very well equipped with everything we needed, the bed was very comfy and an excellent shower. Just remember to take breakfast with you as there isn't a shop within walking distance...
We ate out a couple of times at the millhouse restaurant which served great food and would recommend.
Lindsey and Christine had excellent local knowledge when we wanted information, we would highly recommend "The Pigsty" and we will be coming back in the future.
“Escape to the Country” My husband and I and another couple enjoyed three nights at this lovely barn .We had all had a busy few weeks prior to our visit and just wanted some where to relax and get away from it all.The barn was ideal and we especially enjoyed the upstairs lounge.
