“Fabulous villa, fabulous location - couldn't ask for more” We stayed here in September 2012 as a family with 4 generations ranging from 8 months to 80+ years old. We were extremely impressed with what we saw. The villa had an area suitable for every member of the family ranging from a glorious garden with private warm swimming pool, quiet chilled out patio area, sheltered indoor garden and a games area with football / basketball net. The villa was very spacious and on 3 floors with excellent facilities (home from home). It is spotless and equipped with anything you could want. The villa could not be more central to restaurants, shops, bars and the promenade / beach - all serving a range of cuisines for all budgets. Valery - the friendly owner was there to meet us on arrival and kept in contact whenever we had queries about the local area. All in all - a perfect peaceful villa and a fabulous holiday - looking forward to our return.

“Great Stay!” Recently stayed at Oceana for a family get away. Eight Adults, two babies, four dogs and there was plenty of room for all. The house was stunning just like the view over Saundersfoot. All bedrooms were of a very generous size. The kitchen was well stocked and the children loved the playroom. The pool was 'the jewel in the crown' and enjoyed by all. We were lucky to have experienced such great weather, but had it rained the pool would have kept us entertained. The location is perfect for a short stroll into Saunderfoot which is very beautiful and quaint. Plus there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. We never drove more than a few miles for any activity. I recommend Oceana to all.

“Ideal large family rental” Lovely villa, comfortably accommodating 6 adults and 4 children. Excellent ( v. Deep) large pool and plenty of outside playing area. Great location in quiet cul-de-sac but less than 10 mins walk (children's pace!) to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and tiny bit further to The Strip. Only down side was the electricity tripping frequently, especially when dishwasher in use! Would definitely return.

“Spacious accomodation in an ideal location” Very comfortable and well equipped property in an ideal location. We really enjoyed our stay and if we did not need ground floor sleeping for elderly parents would have returned. The only down side is parking which could be challenging during the peak season.

“Fabulous location, superb views and great facilities” Stayed as part of a lads trip to ski in the Pyrenees. about 35 to 40 minutes away from the slopes, but a really scenic road in, and lots of potential stops on the way back to enjoy some apres ski! I particularly liked Arreau, a typically Southern French village great for a coffee and croissant, and maybe a beer after a hard day on the slopes! One of the party complained about the facilities, I don't know why unless he was expecting 5 star luxury. Yes it is rustic, but its a farmhouse, and I found it a comfortable and relaxing after the skiing with the added bonus of the hot tub, which I think was overused! I shall definitely return next year, and maybe in the Summer too! Be nice to see it with its summer hat on!

“I loved this villa, great location and great facilities” We had the best of both worlds in Villa Sete. It's in a quiet location for relaxing and soaking up sunshine by the pool, but in easy walking distance to the beach. Both Old Town and the Strip are within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance (or a reasonably priced taxi fare). There are lovely restaurants and local bars close by. I hope to stay here again soon.

“Totally amazing friendly atmosphere and excellent holiday.” From the moment we arrived there was nothing too much trouble and we were looked after from the bar staff to the cleaner lady. She even went our of her way to put some flowers she picked from the gardens when she saw my partners Birthday cards in our room. Would recommend to everyone. 5 stars.

“Exceeded my expectations” Myself and my family,absolutely loved our time spent at the Lobsters Pot, it was terrific. We couldn't fault a thing, which is rare. My little Granddaughter loved the garden, and the horses in the field too. We would certainly come again, Seaview is ideally situated, and gas easy access to all the islands attractions. “Modern, tasteful, spacious house, stunning views overlooking sea, would definitely be back again!!” We went there with adults teenagers and children, and all of us had a great time. Nice play area for children, and games room for teenagers. For adults who enjoy a relaxing holiday with stunning views, this is a grab!! And the house, oh what a gorgeous and comfortable house. “Our best villa holiday ever!” The villa exceeded our expectations in both quality and location. The villa is equipped to a high standard and is very well maintained. You are looked after by a very efficient maintenance team who look after your villa during your stay and deliver water for an automatic cooler and fresh daily bread should this be required. You overlook Kalamar bay and enjoy stunning views from most rooms and terraces of the villa. The villa is situated in a quieter part of Kalkan with several good restaurants and a couple of well stocked small supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. However, the lovely harbour town of Kalkan is only a £5 taxi ride away or a 20 minute downhill walk. Would recommend a taxi ride home though - which is no problem at any time of night due to the excellent taxi system. Kalkan has an upmarket feel with over 100 great restaurants (minimal sky TV bars with all day football), so need to ever eat in the same place twice. Many are situated on rooftop terraces and our experience of the food was never a disappointment. Great food for vegetarians also - you can enjoy genuine Turkish food without having to eat pizza and pasta if prefer not to! The locals are very friendly and seem genuinely pleased you are there. Our teenagers discovered the 2 'clubs' and spent several nights in town until the small hours, making their own way back by taxi. It felt very safe. There is plenty to do if you want a day away from the villa. Canoeing, tubing, historic sites, great beaches (pebble and sand) and water sports. Trips can be easily arranged locally and you wouldn't need a car to enjoy the holiday. We did hire a car for a few days and went further afield - the roads were surprisingly good and quiet. The owner is very helpful and gave us plenty of useful information. She also arranged taxi transfers from the airport for us which were excellent and good value as well as arranging our hire car to be delivered to the villa. The only 'negative' comment would be that I don't think that the location would be that ideal for the very elderly or very young due its hilly nature. However, for us this was no problem with older children and of course is why the views are always so great. All in all a fantastic holiday and the first time we have had a unanimous vote to visit the same place twice!

“A wonderful villa, we had an amazing holiday!!!” From the start of looking for a villa, I found the website very helpful and full of information, On contacting the owner to book this villa, I found them very helpful and prompt. They recommended an airport transfer company when i'd asked them and we used them several times and that was super and efficent too. The villa was amazing on arriving at the property we were all truly thrilled by it. It was everything the website had stated and more. It was decorated to a very high standard, it was so well equipped we didnt need anything extra, whilst we were on holiday. The pool and outdoor area was lovely, clean and warm.
