“Fantastic Location” A lovely apartment in a fantastic location within 5 minutes walk you are in the Fishermans quarter and a further 5 minutes walk you are in the centre of Denia. The beach directly opposite the apartment is sandy and safe for children and has a good beach bar, sunbeds, parasols etc. The apartment itself has good quality furniture and comfortable beds. I believe it was the Owners home so the furniture is reflected in this and not the usual holiday let furniture. The Owner speaks excellent English which helped our very poor Spanish. We will certainly book again

“Nice apartment with luxery kitchen” The apartment is very nice. Kitchen with dishwasher and wash machine, oven and microwave. Also a large refrigerator and freezer. The only thing missing was air-conditioning, because it was very warm also at night. For Wi-Fi you need to go to the restaurants. We have had a nice holiday in this apartment! Thank you Igor.

“Wow!!” We just spent a week at Jessica’s place and it was definitely our home away from home, but with an unbelievable view. I can’t imagine a better view of the ocean and Mt Tiede anywhere in Tenerife. Several restaurants are within a 2 minute walk from the building, a small grocery, and the best beach cove in Tenerife. On top of all of this the apartment itself has EVERYTHING you need. When we return to Tenerife we will definitely want to stay there again.

“Excellent apartment” The apartment is well apportioned and well equipped with all that one could need, Wifi, cable TV large balcony ,. excellent appliances as well as 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.. There is also secure parking which is a bonus. The pool is large and only a short walk away . Best of all was the support from Gary, who met us, solved a small problem and was always enthusiastic and helpful, The only proviso I would add is that a car is essential as it is a little distant from shops and cafes, but otherwise is well situated. I enjoyed my stay and would use the apartment again.

“Palace in the sun” I've been holidaying in Alvor for 4 years now the last 2 years at this fantastic apartment, it ticks all the boxes large bedroom, large main room with open plan kitchen, balcony and huge private roof terrace with fantastic views. Spotless clean, bed linen, bath and lounger towels changed weekly. If you are looking for peaceful, relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings, with all your home comforts, ie. WiFi, tv, washing machine, laptop then this apartment is ideal. Hopefully returning next year flight's and availability permitted.
