“Cabin on Welsh farm” Everything we expected for price, accommodation and location. Host were friendly and helpful even gave us a tour of the farm. Toys in the twin bedrooms for two toddlers proved to be a life saver. Would book again.

“STAY AT RONALDSAY LODGE, STRONTIAN” Amazing stay in one of the most wonderful self-catering accommodation locations we have had on the west coast and we have had a few. Stunning scenery, peace and serenity. Accessibility to fab places to visit such as Ardenmurchan Lighthouse synonymous with being the most westerly point of the whole whole of the UK and Sanna Bay the turquoise water and white Sands v.tropical. Go visit Glenfinnan and view the viaduct which was used in Harry Potter and have lunch on the Dining car. Fort William is great for supplies at the Tescos or Morrisons. The Cabin itself is is fully serviced,felt at home as soon as we got there. Clean, all mod cons. A perfect blend of contemporary and country living. All in all a great time.

“Fantastic Log Cabin set in beautiful countryside!” We absolutely loved this log cabin, the cabin itself was great with everything you would need, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and TV (not that you need the TV with such lovely views!). The cabin was cosy and comfortable with a lovely traditional feel to it! The cabin is set in a beautiful location in the trees overlooking the Loch, it is so quiet and peaceful. Shops are a long way off so you need to make sure you have what you need but that was fine with us as it just confirmed the remoteness that you want with a log cabin. I can't think of any faults, couldn't have asked for a better holiday! If you are staying here then I'd suggest a trip to Chanonray Point near Inverness to see the wild dolphins!

“FANTASTIC LOCATION” Could not fault the peaceful location of the lodge. Many wonderful walks close to lodge. Walked to Barend holiday park a couple of evenings for a meal and drink but you need a good torch for the trip back in the dark. The lodge was very comfortable and well equipped. The lounge/kitchen area could have done with some TLC but as we had 2 dogs with us we didn`t mind. The master should have been the one overlooking the golf course as the views were wonderful .Plenty wildlife with Badgers visiting us every evening ! The owners were there when we arrived and had just installed a new tumble dryer which was very useful as we had a couple or rainy days. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave , we would recommend Screel lodge to anyone who likes peace and quiet with wonderful views

“Perfect for our purpose” We found this cabin perfect for our family of three. Our hosts were very friendly and made a great recommendation for dinner. The cabin is out in the country on a working farm, it was a pleasant change to go to sleep to th lowing of cattle instead of cars driving by. The property is well kept and there is a yard to play in for kids. Bonus, th let us metal detect in a huge field on the farm. It is close to Stonehenge (30 min.) and far more that we didn't have time to see. We would defintely book here again.
