“Perfect Derbyshire cottage for couples” We enjoyed a wonderful break in this fantastic cottage. Beautifully done with every possible thing provided down to cloths, washing up liquid and candles. Lovely thoughtful bottle of fizz to welcome us and tea, milk, sugar etc. A truly refreshing stay. Fantastically comfortable sofa and bed, beautiful staircase and nice and private even though it’s attached to the owners house. Sarah was welcoming but not intrusive and has really tried to provide everything you could need. A great base for exploring Derbyshire, beautiful meals to be had a restaurants locally and only a short walk down into Matlock. Thank you, it was the break we needed and we would definitely stay again. A*******

“Excellent location for Bath Bristol and the surrounding region.” Stunning accommodation with massive swimming pool ideally located for exploring bothBristol and Bath. Longleat safari park and Chedar gorge well within reach. A lovely friendly welcome from Martin and Gilie who after explaining everything left us to enjoy the property inobtrusively. Defineately hope to be back again next year.

“Our February Break” We planned a little get away just before February half term. Sadly the weather was not the best but this did not detract from our enjoyment at the Mistal. The Mistal is ideally placed for visiting the Yorkshire Dales and Western part of the Yorkshire Moors. We arrived to a very warm welcome and were very impressed by the high standard of finish throughout the barn. We were very comfortable and cosy for the duration of our stay and would definitely return and highly recommend this to others.

“Perfect holiday” We have just come back from having the most amazing holiday ever. The accommodation was perfect and just what we needed after having a hectic Christmas. “Couldn`t ask for better!” We couldn`t ask for more, the accommodation was excellent, peaceful, and secure. The Park and Ride was only a short walk away so hardly needed to use the car and the walks were lovely.We were made to feel so very welcome on arrival. Everything we needed was there, ( including the milk and wine!) . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

“Excellent,relaxing Whitby retreat.” Arrived on time, to be greeted and made to feel welcome right away. After a quick introduction, and a couple of pointers, we were left to discover our accommodation ourselves, and what a great place it is. Exceptionally clean, well lit and warm, with a very well stocked set of kitchen appliances, and utensils. The bedrooms and bathroom are equally well thought out, and clean. Everything seems brand new. This is a perfectly situated place to stay if you want peaceful surroundings, yet easy to reach places of interest, and the next few days were spent walking and visiting Whitby and surrounding areas, with Radford's butchers in Sleights getting two visits, as there fillet steaks are out of this world!!!. Altogether a lovely holiday hideaway, within easy reach of more lively areas that we would definitely come back to.

“Beautiful Cottage, Beautiful Location” We were thrilled when we arrived at Tremodrett Cottage to see how lovely everything was and how thoughtfully the place had been furnished . The spec is very high , as explained in the description with us not needing for anything during the whole stay. Everywhere was perfectly clean , the cupboard s stocked with household essentials like dishwasher tablets etc. Small jars of tea, coffee and sugar were left - milk in the fridge. Also greatfully received the lovely biscuits and bottle of wine ! We will definitely be returning next time we come down to Cornwall .

“Fantastic barn conversion” A lovely barn conversion, spotlessly clean and all that is required for a self catering break. We stayed for 4 nights and Kev was great at getting the house ready for us at such short notice as our camping trip turned into a fiasco! House is in a great location and our boys enjoyed being able to go swimming in the outdoor pool. Would definitely return.

“Lovely modern home, easy to find, definitely would return with family or friends. Suits everyone!” Great weekend celebrating my birthday. The house had everything we needed and more from a fully equipped kitchen to a box full of games and DVDs. We loved the undercover decking area with the sunken colour changing hot tub surrounded by plenty of lights which lit up in the area when the sun set... We didn't want to leave!
