“Great Location” Briarcliffe Cottage is located in the village of Lindale just off the A590, It's a great location for visiting the many attractions of the Southern Lake District. The cottage is beautifully presented, with three well sized bedrooms, two of which have en-suites, leaving the main bathroom as a private bathroom for bedroom three. Downstairs the lounge, dining room and kitchen are well equipped. With an attached sun room accessed from the rear there is plenty of room to leave footwear and wet clothing, not something we needed as we had fine weather.

“Relaxing stay in lovely bungalow” Ideal for visiting the North Wales area. The bungalow is homely, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were made very welcome, and the key-holder was helpful and informative about good pubs and restaurants. It's in a quiet location, handy for the coastal resorts. Would definitely recommend.

“Lovely cosy comfortable bungalow” Sykes staff so friendly and helpful on booking. The bungalow was so cosy and warm with lovely luxurious leather sofas and large flat screen TV. The bathroom was lovely and clean and modern and the enclosed garden was ideal for our dog. The beach was only ten minutes walk away and the country park even nearer. The fact that our dog was welcome was greatly appreciated. We have booked this property again for 2015.

“Amazing house” Full notes and key pick up easy and hassle free. The actual house is amazing, we were a large group and there was more than enough entertaining space. All the bedrooms are decorated to a very high standard as is the rest of the house. The location is easy to find with a local shop at the end of the road in walking distance as is a very nice pub (with disco karaoke that we very much enjoyed on the Saturday night). Would book again and recommend very highly.
