“Luxury and cozy villa” Had a fabulous week at Luxury and Cozy Villa. Made very welcome by Rober who showed us around on our arrival. Villa was very comfortable and well equipped. Pool and grounds were fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying there.

“Mrs” Arrived to a very pleasant large villa with 9 members of my family. Very well equipped, heated pool which the kids loved. The only disappointment was the internet connection, needs replaced or updated, otherwise fab accommodation. Would definatly return.

“Perfect apartment for all” Perfect location for what we needed. Not far from the beach and the shops and the night life. The apartment had everything that we needed and Yulia had even supplied toiletries, hairdryers and more extras, too many to name all. There was a washing machine with the soap powder, dishwasher with the tablets. The dishwasher we found useful, gave us more time to enjoy our surroundings. The pool and the complex was very clean. Basket ball and football court on the complex as well as a volley ball court. Security gates stopped the general public just walking in. The apartment had been refurbished in 2015 and shows no sign of wear and tear. Would definitely recommend this apartment and we are definitely booking here again.

“Outstanding villa with unbeatable views” I stumbled across this villa when searching for somewhere to celebrate my 40th birthday earlier this year with my partner, family and friends. I was immediately taken with the pictures and was pleased to find on arrival that the place lived up to them. I deliberately chose this villa because my 76-year-old mother was with us and it was all on one level, with only a few steps up from the parking area to the poolside to navigate. That said, there is space enough to comfortably fit up to six people, especially with the variety of outdoor seating available. The villa is very well-appointed generally, with just about everything you'll ever need on a self-catering holiday. (And since most people will be here in summer, the ice-maker in the kitchen is a much appreciated bonus!) Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. All of the windows have electronic blinds, which keep the place cool during the day and ensure a good (dark) night's sleep. There is also air-conditioning throughout, although even on the hottest days we were there we found the breeze coming up the mountain enough to keep the place cool. The WiFi was also very good, with only one or two slow patches. One of the best aspects of the stay at the villa was the friendliness and helpfulness of the management team, from those I dealt with beforehand to those actually on-site. The welcome we received was very warm and sincere (and more than expected, with a spread put on for my birthday) and there was always a sense that help, if it were needed, was only ever a phone call away. We encountered a few small issues while we were at the villa, but none of them in any way marred our stay there, and I'm sure the management team will take the private feedback I gave them into account to make other guests' stays in future even better. A couple of general notes for anyone thinking of staying: while we were there, the border crossing point between Bosnia and Croatia was being redeveloped, and Croatia was implementing new Schengen laws, which led to lengthy delays getting across the border. I've no idea if this is still a problem or how long it will remain one, and I know it is entirely out of the villa managers' control, but it's something to bear in mind if contemplating staying there (as it can seriously impact on e.g. a day trip to Dubrovnik or anywhere else in Croatia). Also, a car is essential, not only to get up to the villa from Dubrovnik, but also because in the immediate surroundings of the villa there is nothing more than a small shop - the nearest supermarkets are either down in Croatia or further inland in the Bosnian town of Trebinje. Taxis are probably doable, but if you're planning on doing anything more than just staying at the villa i.e. exploring Bosnia, Croatia and Montenegro, you'll want your own set of wheels.
