The Orchard is a spacious bright, light, four bedroom modern detached house right in the centre of Crantock Village sleeping up to 9.The Orchard is a spacious, bright, four-bedroom detached house right in the centre of Crantock village.

Sleeping up to nine, The Orchard is perfect for one large extended family or two families sharing. Inside the property you'll find high-quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings.

The property also boasts a large, bright conservatory accessed via fold-back doors from the kitchen.

Due to its central location, The Orchard will appeal to those who like to be within close walking distance of Crantock village’s facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock Beach is just a five-minute walk from The Orchard, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.

The Orchard has a large south-facing garden to the rear, complete with patio, large lawn, elevated seating platform and hot tub.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Induction hob and double oven, Espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, wine fridge. Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: Crantock is a small Cornish village, set back from the coast, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
