Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Away in a manger” The converted barns at Pigallie are fantastic. Spotlessly clean inside and out and in a very peaceful location. I haven't slept that well in a long time.(we live in London)James and Rose are very welcoming and helpful.
“Fabulous home from home” What a beautiful home indeed. Had everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home. Spotless and beautifully decorated. Welcome pack lovely touch too thank you . Husband wanted to bring the mattress home he slept so well. Perfect base to get to all places and st columb town is only 5 mins walk and has lovely bakery , cafe and coop for all your food shopping. Will definitely be booking it next year.
“Trevanion” Lovely house in a fabulous location. The owner also extremely helpful. I would recommend to others, however with the caveat that the house is very damp and as such has a musty odour, particularly the master bedroom on the ground level, otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating.
“fantastic location, very spacious property.” 3 generations stayed at Primrose House for our annual family holiday. Fantastic property, very spacious and well equipped for us all. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again.
“Great base to explore Exeter” Fantastic apartment which has been presented to very high standard by the owner. I staid for four nights with my elderly parents and my young children.
The apartment is in located in quiet residential street but is only a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. A large Waitrose is a five minutes drive away if you need to stock up on groceries and there is also a nice local park just down the road which my son enjoyed playing in.
The living room is a great place to relax in as it is bright and very spacious (the photo's on tripadvisor don't do it justice). The kitchen is fully equipped and the Devon cream tea provided by the owner on arrival was a nice surprise. The bedrooms are a good size, appear to have been recently redecorated and have plenty of wardrobe space for clothes.
Another big bonus is the secure off street parking at the back of the building which came in very useful.
The difference between other serviced apartments I have staid in is the attention detail, such as the boards games, good selection of DVDs, books and useful fact sheets about the apartment and the surrounding area. A great apartment which is good value for money if you are staying as a group or family. I really couldn't find any faults.
