“Simply perfect” We just spent a marvellous week at Croyde Bay. Our accommodation was sparkly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Short walk from the beach and town but still private and quiet when you need a rest from the day's activities. I would recommend this without any hesitation. Thank you Darren we enjoyed every moment.

“Modern, spacious and friendly” A lovely modern apartment with pretty well everything you would want, in a good location with a bus stop almost at the door ( much better than trying to drive in Bath). Unit is warm, comfortable with excellent facilities and space to put suitcases and "things". Although it is located on a main road it is surprisingly quiet and has off street parking (although it is a bit of a tight squeeze)

“Fantastic sea view” Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The flat had everything and the sea view was a delight. Hope to visit again.

“Just Perfect!” I can't rate this property more highly! The location is ideal and the view from the decking is stunning. The villa is immaculate, modern and one of the best stocked properties we have stayed in. It had everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 children. The Villa is extremely spacious too. We would definitely book again. Thank you Tideways

“Fabulous - will stay longer next time!” What an amazing place this is! We had an off season short break and are delighted we found such a haven that reflects our eco values. Rural woodland nature at its very best in an incredible Devon setting. Angela met us and gave us a truly warm welcome on arrival. She took us on a tour with lots of information on the property and area. She told us the house is some 500 years old and set in its own grounds. This should give you an idea of the building itself with rustic beams and heavy wooden doors. Fortunately very clear directions on finding Coombe are sent on booking as you are in the heart of deepest Devon yet easy access from nearby Tiverton and main roads. We particularly liked the green element here which is quite clear that they do from a genuine long held interest and not just a nod at trying to be eco friendly. Lots of recycling and we were even given a peek at the incredible eco boiler used to heat the water. The Annexe is beautifully furnished in the traditional manner in keeping with such a historic property. This is not your "mod bungy" but a totally unique property tended with total love and care by the owners and evident at every turn. We plan to return in the summer months to use the pool and hot tub. Sitting in the tub looking at the trees must be quite an experience. You really are "away from it all" at Coombe and we really enjoyed a peaceful break in glorious surroundings with such charming hosts on hand should we need them. Thank you for such a lovely visit.

“Lovely, serene, peaceful space” We stayed for a week in Sept 2018 and were very pleased. Rob the caretaker was welcoming. Lovely deep and hot bath! Very comfy bed. Lovely garden and conservatory area with stunning views. We found it very easy to relax here. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of storage space. Good location, situated at the top of a hill. We don't drive so we walked or got a bus / taxi if we didn't fancy the walk. Totnes is stunning with so much to do. Try the Albert pub, very nice nearby and there is a corner shop nearby down the hill with local produce. There is a drawer with loads of leaflets / maps etc to get you started. We'd definitely book this place again.

“October break” We had a lovely time at Lease Cottage, the house is lovely and was very suitable for our party; two families with dogs and children. We really enjoyed using the communal areas, the kitchen and dining rooms are ideal for feeding the troops and the sitting room is cosy and comfortable. The house is very dog friendly, the barn doors came in handy when trying to keep our greedy Labrador out of the kitchen! We'd recommend the cottage, it may not be suitable for someone who isn't steady on their feet as there are some steep and rather slippery steps at the back entrance, although this could be potentially avoided. Ben was very friendly, left us a lovely gift on arrival and called to check that we were settled. Lovely village but a lot of narrow lanes so you need pretty good driving skills! Great holiday ;)

“A unique and delightful property in a lovely location - wonderful.” Treetops is very special. It has a unique character and personality which only a property with such history can have. The location overlooking Port Navas creek and towards the Helford River is stunning and exudes peace and calm. The owner is a mine of information and most helpful with any questions on local facilities, services etc. There is also a very comprehensive Visitor Guide. Booking is simple, rates are competitive being all inclusive, finding the property is relatively easy and access is excellent. Facilities in the house are exactly as stated and are quite sufficient for general catering and day to day living. Do not expect state of the art interiors and fittings - this is a house with warmth and friendliness in all the rooms. It is a house which has been lived in and is for living in. A classic English holiday home! Go and enjoy as soon as you can!

“Home from home.” We booked both the cottages for a week (family of three and grand parents). We found the house to be centrally located for touring and conveniently close to the beach. Our son (5) loved the playroom in Polymoor and we all enjoyed BBQ's on the decking. Several pubs to try in the local area and great fish and chips down the road.
