“Perfect Accommodation” We have stayed in this home on three separate occasions now and still love it every time we stay. It is close to both the beach and the village centre and is perfectly laid out. Upon arrival the home was spotlessly clean and flowers in each room (what a lovely touch) with fresh milk and scones in the kitchen. Jane really does go above and beyond with all the little touches to make it feel as if it were a home from home. We really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you Jane for another wonderful stay in Croyde.

“Superb cottage in a great location” We were delighted by the Garden cottage. It's spacious, beautifully designed and finished to a high standard. The open living area makes cooking and eating very sociable. The amazing beach and rock pools are a few hundred metres walk away and the coast path is on the doorstep. All the comforts of home including top quality appliances, Sky tv, wi-fi, bbq and excellent quality showers and jacuzzi bath, means that it is a pleasure to return to after a day out or to chill for a lazy day or when the weather is too bad. The owners give a warm welcome and are attentive without being intrusive. We could happily stay here, and would definitely recommend to families or couples.

“Cornwall fix” We have a caravan near Portscatho but the site is closed from October to Easter so we needed our cornwall fix. Itldo is perfectly placed within walking distance of Portscatho and of the coastal footpath. Two pubs and the Harbour club are close by. The bungalow was a perfect bolt hole with everything you need and dog friendly.would definitely recommend.

“Everything we needed for a warm and very comfortable stay.” Zoe and Alistair gave us a warm welcome on a very cold day! The bungalow was very warm and comfortable and we appreciated the flowers and fruit to welcome us. We were walking the coastal path from Exmouth to Lyme Regis over the week and the property was ideally placed and offered all the comfort and hot baths we needed to ease our tired bodies! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. The weather was the first dry week of the year but the temperatures were icy so we needed to be cosy when we returned from our days walking. Seaton had all the shopping we required and more. We would recommend Carisbroke.

“A little gem, larger than appears in photograph, clean, quiet and pleasant.” The owners Lyn and Phil. were very welcoming and helpful and provided some delicious local produce for us when we arrived which was a very nice touch. The accommodation was a lot larger than appears in the photographs, especially the bathroom, which has plenty of storage space as does the bedroom. A nice patio area was provided and the extensive garden was very pleasant. Once we' found our feet' we found it easy to get around, there are plenty of places to visit in the area, with village shop and Farm Shop with cafe not too far away and a delightful bakery/cafe in a village nearby, think it was called Lindys bakery, not sure on this one! Would say it is probably essential to have a car as footpaths scarce along small roads nearby, we did not find this a problem though, however there is a footpath across field to village. Unfortunately we did not use this as we were staying at the property in the worst weather this country has had for years with bad floods, apart from walking across fields, we did not let this stop us travelling about and we still had a great time! From this property it was easy to get to Wells, the park and ride for Bath and Weston Super Mare with its new pier and its very nice restaurant Tiffanys at the very end of the pier. We cycled along the sand at Bream Sands on the one sunny day we had. All ine all I would really recommend this bungalow which is very fairly priced. Thanks again to Lyn and Phil.
