Check-in between 3-6pm on day of arrival, check out 10am except on Sundays when check out is extended to 3pm.

Smoking not permitted within the lodges

We ask that there should be no loud noise be it from voices or music outside after 10pm, so as not to disturb other residents who wish to be quiet. If you are using the hot tub, be aware that noise travels in the still of the night, so please respect other guests who are here for a peaceful break away from it all!

Honestly loved this lodge so much did not want to leave it was so relaxing and we went at the perfect time catching the nice weather. Karen was very nice and easy to get hold of if anything. There was a village 10 mins drive away which was really nice. Would recommend to anyone thinking about going.

The whole family had a lovely time including our dog dolly, the accommodation was gorgeous and was facilities was brilliant, hot tub and swimming pool were a big hit. Myself and my partner was impressed with where it was situated. We had a good 5 days of exploring cheddar caves, Bath town, Glastonbury Abbey. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone. My only gripe was being charged 50p for toilet roll (£2.09 tesco for 9) we brought 5 rolls for £2.50, I didn’t know we would get charged would have brought our own otherwise and have no one come in to clean the cabin, even though this is self catering, stayed elsewhere where it was cleaned and paying £1,280 for 5 nights would think that this should be included, But didn’t spoil the holiday, would still revisit with my own toilet rolls

Nice lodge, nice little complex in gorgeous countryside. Unfortunately the weather was unbearably hot and the lodge even hotter so sleeping was out of the question. Need to invest in air conditioning units as the lodges were so hot we all felt unwell. The fridge was not working properly, and as self catering this was essential. A cool box was provided though. The hot tub was lovely but again would have been better had the lights been working which although seems minor it did upset the kids. Attention to detail is important.

Stayed in the Bath and west cabin it was fantastic. Queen size comfortable beds, luxury quilts and bedding. High quality furniture with plenty of storage. Plenty of utensils should you want to cook with the added bonus of a dish washer and washing machine. My daughter spend most of the weekend in the hot tub which again was great. Such a relaxing weekend. This is our second visit to Tor farm and will certainly not be our last. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Tor Farm, the accommodation was first class spotlessly clean & the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the mod cons so we cooked all our own food. Loved the private Jacuzzi very relaxing & luxurious. We loved our stay so much we have booked to return. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here well situated 10 minutes from Cheddar Gorge 20 minutes to Weston Super Mare We were able to take our dogs with us they loved their holiday too

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
