This luxury apartment is situated close to the village of Newquay near Holywell and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Cribbar View is a wonderful apartment situated near the village of Newquay in Cornwall. Hosting two bedrooms; one double with en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. To the outside is off road parking for one car, and a balcony with furniture. Resting in a lovely location and close to scenic attractions, Cribbar View is a luxury cottage in an excellent part of England.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, Newly installed superfast broadband, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. A cot available on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Balcony with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and award-winning pub 10 minutes walk. Note: Please display the parking permit at all times. Note: Due to balcony, children must be supervised at all times.
