“Perfect Location” This apartment was right in the town of Port Isaac so it was perfect for heading out for coastal walks, sight-seeing, restaurants, etc.
It's located on the top floor of a 3 storey building so it's a bit of a challenge to get your luggage up there, but so worth it once you're there.
The first and second floor flats are not well-kept so there was a little apprehension as we walked up the stairs. Flat 3 though was excellent. Nicely appointed and had everything we needed. On the small side but it packed a lot in and made great use of every inch of space.
The bedroom was cozy and great for 2 people. The living area was plenty big enough for 2 people but it was also great for entertaining when 2 of our friends visited for the afternoon.
The kitchen was small but mighty! All appliances we needed (toaster, stove, fridge, washer/dryer, etc.) and was perfect for cooking meals.
We had really good wi-fi access thanks to a hand-written note on the notice board that a previous traveller had left, providing a pass-code for access.
Port Isaac is a beautiful part of the rugged Cornwall coast, and yes, we did have our picture taken outside Doc Martin's house!
