We truly value the opinions of our customers and we are glad to hear that most aspects of the property met your expectations, but are sorry that there are areas that you feel need improvement and would like to apologize and thank you for highlighting these areas for us . Your comments have been passed to the owner of the property and action has been taken to re-decorate the bathroom and ensure instructions are left at the property. The owner is investigating ways of better soundproofing between the apartment and the restaurant below and we will monitor the feedback. The property is being advertised a suitable to accommodate two adults and two children, however, we will look at how we can make this clearer in light of you comment.
