“Amazing” What a fantastic holiday cottage. We arrived Thursday late afternoon and what a surprise. The cottage was lovely and warm and the owners had left a basket of essentials so it meant I could have a lovely cup of tea while unpacking. The cottage itself has every thing you could want or need and the underfloor heating was a bonus. Everything was so clean and there were even fresh flowers on the table. There is a wood burner in the lounge and an open fire in the snug, we sat in there on a night to watch tv. The beds are really comfortable and I had the best nights sleep. We were only a few miles from the coast so had the best of both worlds, beach and country. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back.

“Just perfect!” Swallow cottage is the perfect cozy little place to get away from your normal busy life and unwind. It is about a mile and a half away from the village. A do-able walk but only a couple of mins in the car. The cottage was perfectly clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The pictures on the site are an accurate representation of what you will arrive to. Sally was very helpful, not that we needed anything extra. She even had milk in the fridge for us arriving. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage to everyone. We are planning to book again as soon as life allows.

“Amazing!” My review is going to sound like a romance novel because I absolutely fell in love with the beach house!! It was everything me, my partner, my 3 year daughter, my mum, dad and 2 dogs needed and more. From the board games, kids toys, dog beds and toys to the bbq, trampoline and fire pit out the back there wasn't anything we needed for our stay. Everything was well thought of we really felt at home And location was brilliant as well. Beds very comfortable each wirg electric blankets we really felt spoilt. The host was lovely and left plenty of information we needed for places to eat and things to do. We hope to stay again some time soon!!

“Home from home” Seabreeze Cottage was a beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable home from home for my family during our stay in Portballintrae. Perfect location with beach, Causeway, shops, restaurants and scenic walks all close by. Mrs Campbell was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend Seabreeze Cottage and would have no hesitation to book again.

“Lovely oasis perched in the mountains overlooking the sea” The views are really lovely from the sitting room window, overlooking the bay. Immediately behind us, the Mourne Mountains and Tollymore Forest Park which provided great places for the dogs and me to explore. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, one of the best we have ever been to. My husband is a retired chef/restaurateur and he was delighted! Tricia and Julian were at hand if needed and not intrusive and gave the occasional great suggestion for a walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

“Suited our purpose” The house suited our purpose for the weekend. Claire was lovely on arrival and checkout. The house was cold when we arrived as it was empty all week however once we turned on the heat and lit the fire it was grand. It was kitted out with all the utensils we required. The heat/electric charge was less than £25 and we were in the house a lot. Our only gripe was that the oustide bins were full and over flowing (a bit unsightly) and the fire alarms were disconnected (an important one to fix we thought). We would book again!

“The Loft apartment, amazing.” The Loft apartment is simply amazing, very clean, had everything we needed and the sea view from the living room is incredible. The apartment was extremely cosy and just a fab little place. It's in an excellent location for exploring the Causeway coast and the surrounding area. Gillian was a fantastic host and very friendly during our stay. We will definitely be back.

“Fabulous!” Apologies for the delay in writing this, I had already written one but clearly it hadn't submitted correctly! This is a beautiful property with brilliant surroundings being also very close to all tourist hot spots and local amenities such as supermarkets etc! The owners are very accommodating should you need their assistance otherwise let you get on to enjoy your stay! “A perfect cottage for a perfect holiday” A petite and cosy holiday home with an outstanding view to the sea and the mountains, ideal stay for a couple. Starting with a very warm welcome from Paula (the owner) which was the best and warmest welcome we ever received. Thank you for the very warm welcome, indeed. The cottage is an excellent base for exploring the many things around e.g. walks in the Mourne Mountains, a swim in the Celtic Sea or diving in the Irish history. Even Belfast and Dublin can be reach by a drive not longer 1,5 hour.
