“Perfect location for everything” This is a well presented property, fully recommend, I had my elderly mother with me so having a bedroom and bathroom downstairs was perfect, all is provided. We took advantage if the location and visited Carlingford via the new car ferry at Greencastle, we visited Cranfield Beach just around the coast from Kilkeel, Murlough Bay which not only has a beautiful beach but is an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Mourne drive is breathless, + you have Castlewellan and Tollymore forest parks and in the evening lovely strolls along the promenade of Newcastle itself which provides lovely restaurants and cafes, you cant go wrong!, cant guarantee the weather though so raincoats a must!

“Great Place for a group of friends to stay in Belfast.” Great Place for a group of friends to stay in Belfast. I had 14 people stay in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great living room and kitchen. It was very central with most things in walking distance. There was a small issue with the boiler, but William came out straight away and fixed it quickly. I found dealing with William very quick and courteous.

“Luxury on the Lough” Planning a 7 night holiday for 4 adults and 4 children under 5 was always going to be a bit of a bother, but when I stumbled upon 5 Fisherman's Cottage a stumbled upon a Gem. My best friend was coming to visit me from Australia with her husband and 2 small children so we didn't want the restrictions of a hotel but we wanted the luxury. I also had my husband and 2 small children so finding something that could accommodate us was always going to be tough. The 5 Fisherman's Cottage web page was easy to navigate and to be honest I thought the pictures were too good to be true. Boy was I wrong. We arrived on the Saturday and we were all blown away with this lodge. What you see is what you get. A little bit of French luxury tucked away in the south west of Northern Ireland with views of the lough that quiet honestly are breath taking. everything was spotless and comfortable, there was enough utensils and equipment in the kitchen to make it a real home from home. We went from breakfasts on the patio to after dinner drinks in front of the fire simply perfect. There is plenty to do for all ages in the area and the kitchen has a great folder with names and numbers of places of interest. With having 4 small children a washing machine was fantastic, we brought some toys with us but there are some toys tucked away which is fantastic, along with an extensive dvd collection and children's books, they really did want for anything. Baby gates at top and bottom of stairs was also great for piece of mind. I can honestly say I have never had such a relaxing holiday and it was Perfect to share with my friends from Australia who just loved it. Thankyou you so much for letting us share your beautiful home we would recommend in a heart beat and look forward to staying again.

“Amazing” What a fantastic holiday cottage. We arrived Thursday late afternoon and what a surprise. The cottage was lovely and warm and the owners had left a basket of essentials so it meant I could have a lovely cup of tea while unpacking. The cottage itself has every thing you could want or need and the underfloor heating was a bonus. Everything was so clean and there were even fresh flowers on the table. There is a wood burner in the lounge and an open fire in the snug, we sat in there on a night to watch tv. The beds are really comfortable and I had the best nights sleep. We were only a few miles from the coast so had the best of both worlds, beach and country. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back.

“Excellent Facilities and great Location - Home away from Home!” What a fantastic well equipped cottage. The upstairs lounge / dinning gives great views to the coast and beyond. Whilst on the main road the cottage was very quiet. Although there are minimal local amenities if you have a car, Bushmills has all that you need and is only a short drive away. The equipment in the cottage is great quality and all you need to make this a home away from home. Can't recommend highly enough

“Just perfect!” Swallow cottage is the perfect cozy little place to get away from your normal busy life and unwind. It is about a mile and a half away from the village. A do-able walk but only a couple of mins in the car. The cottage was perfectly clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The pictures on the site are an accurate representation of what you will arrive to. Sally was very helpful, not that we needed anything extra. She even had milk in the fridge for us arriving. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage to everyone. We are planning to book again as soon as life allows.

“Right in the heart of Portrush, overlooking the harbour, perfect all round” Perfectly overlooking the harbour and within easy walking access of all areas of Portrush. The bottom floor appartment in a period townhouse was very clean and flexible for all age groups - we had grand parents and young children all together. Good central heating to keep those colder days at bay. Ken was very flexible and accommodating which always makes the arrangements easier.

“Amazing!” My review is going to sound like a romance novel because I absolutely fell in love with the beach house!! It was everything me, my partner, my 3 year daughter, my mum, dad and 2 dogs needed and more. “Best Self Catering” Glendarragh was the best cottage we have ever rented. It was newly renovated situated in a beautiful rural spot, so quiet and relaxing. The owners Briedge and Sean were lovely people, at the end of a phone If needed. There were nice little touches like basic essentials to get you started, also it was the first cottage we have rented which had two bathrooms one of which was en suite. Lovely...we would definitely stay again.

“Lovely coastal escape” My family and I just arrived home from a 3 week stay in this lovely home. We were only booked to stay for a week, but decided to extend our stay and the owner was very kind in letting us stay longer at short notice. The house is situated in Greencastle with lovely views. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were great. The location is perfect to explore the mountains and surrounding beaches. Every day we went exploring by taking a hike, played in the snow up in the mountains, visited Tollymore forest, Kilbroney forest and every morning I went for a run on the beach. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will visit again!

“Fabulous House in beautiful village and surrounding area!” We stayed in May 2014 with 2 young teenagers .The house is absolutely beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We were greeted on arrival by Paul and Claire ,the owners, who couldn't have been more helpful. We were delighted with the house. The downstairs is so bright and spacious and the newly added sunroom with its bifolding doors opening on to a quiet ,secluded garden is just lovely. There is lots to do in the surrounding area -spectacular walks,Castleward, fishing ,golf iin Ardglass and it so close to the mountains of Mourne .Take a trip on the Ferry over to Portaferry and enjoy afternoon tea in the Portaferry Hotel. The Cuan in Strangford is excellent for food and the fish and chip shop next door is really one of the best we have had.The corner shop Duffys has a fab butchers which has had the best steaks we have tasted.A wonderful house and place for a memorable stay!

“Great house!” Stayed here for 2 nights for a friend's wedding in the Lough Erne Hotel. Its a great location as its a 5 minute walk to the hotel. It was a lovely house, felt really homely and even nicer than the actual hotel lodges on site! Aislinn was a great help with having to reschedule it several times due to covid. I will defintaley be back and would definately recommend staying here. Even for a few days away, its a great location with lots of touristy things near it.

“Very relaxing” Very good holiday accommodation , owner very helpful, great for young children , full size cot, toys, baby bath. Also had 2 teenage girls and they said they would rather stay in Bushmills than port rush which I was originally looking at. A well equipped house with lovely comfy beds. Bushmills has lots of lovely resturants and it is central to every where. A very very good choice and would definitely stay here again. Thankyou
