“Perfect location for everything” This is a well presented property, fully recommend, I had my elderly mother with me so having a bedroom and bathroom downstairs was perfect, all is provided. We took advantage if the location and visited Carlingford via the new car ferry at Greencastle, we visited Cranfield Beach just around the coast from Kilkeel, Murlough Bay which not only has a beautiful beach but is an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Mourne drive is breathless, + you have Castlewellan and Tollymore forest parks and in the evening lovely strolls along the promenade of Newcastle itself which provides lovely restaurants and cafes, you cant go wrong!, cant guarantee the weather though so raincoats a must!

“Fantastic” We have spend new year eve and new year at this property. It was great everything is within atleast 10 minutes drive. The surrounding is good and welcoming, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is interested. Must come back again soon.

“Fabulous location. Highly recommend” I took my parents here for a well earned break following lockdown and it didn’t disappoint. My children loved the outlook on to farm land and a field of curious cows and we loved sitting in the conservatory in the evening watching the sunset. The views are beautiful and the house is perfectly located to take in all the north Antrim/ Derry sights. The house itself is quite spacious and perfectly kitted out for a holiday stay. The sofa and armchairs aren’t too comfortable but we were too busy to sit in the living room anyway! We’d definitely return. Great place!

“Lovely” The couple were very flexible about arrival time and Gavin greeted us even though it wás 9 at night and was really helpful. There was a very thoughtful welcome pack left for us which and i really recommend the duck eggs! We had a lovely stay and were ideally situated to explore Ireland. The linen and towels were changed after a week & the kitchen was really well equiped. The kids loved thr outside toys and the dvds! Would definitely recommend.

“Week long stay” Stayed at the cottage from 15/8 until 22/8. The accomodation is excellent and the location is perfect (a ten minute stroll to the promenade, but in close proximity to all local amenities such as shops, Tesco etc.). We travelled with two young children (5 and 2) and they particularly loved the garden area. Cannot fault this place and would definitely like to return in the future.

“A lovely retreat at The North Coast!” Tranquility bungalow was perfect for our needs as a family with two young children. It was very roomy, comfortable and well-equipped- even supplying toys and books for the kids. The laundry facilities were also much appreciated!It is located near a large supermarket and just along the road from a play park so very suitable for us. The kids loved having a room each but it could have comfortably accommodated another two. A real home from home!

“Total perfection, lovely house with every facility needed.” Stayed in this house for a few nights in December, cannot speak highly enough of it. The house was gorgeous, exceptionally clean with every facility possible to make it a great stay, the owner even had went the extra mile with special touches such as a Christmas tree, with fresh mince pies waiting for us on arrival total bliss. The location of the house is perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and Portstewart strand, which is full of gorgeous cafes and bars. Would highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend, will be back in the summer.
