“Excellent base in Lerwick” This is not my first stay with Self Catering Shetland, and every time the accomodation is clean and in perfect order. The proprietors are warm and thoughtful, and every detail is taken care of - including a few locally produced treats to provide a welcome on arrival! I've stayed in a fair few cottages, and these cottage set the standard by which I judge the others. This is my first choice of places to stay on Shetland.

“Fantastic!” Gillian was brilliantly helpful, arranging for me to get in early due to travel times and the place was ready for me to sit and have a cuppa on arrival (milk in fridge!). Beautiful place, stunning views and ideal place to stay. I was there for business but I could easily come back for leisure. Built to a high standard, I instanly felt at home. The place was a little out of the town, which was great for me and offered amazing views, but you would need transport ideally to get about. Supermarket a few minutes drive away and less than 10 to the town centre. The little touches made the stay even more, the walker pack ready to go, biscuits for my cuppa and a little taste of Shetland produce was the icing on the cake. I would thoroughly recommend this to all, and I will certainly look to book again for future trips.
