“Wonderful location” This was the perfect cottage for our family Christmas . The peaceful woodland setting meant those with busy London jobs could sleep well, and the family space ( large sitting room with log fire and three sofas , plus large kitchen ) gave us plenty of options to be together or find a quiet spot to read . The TV room with reclining chairs was an added bonus . Glorious walks ( and runs ) from the door , great pubs nearby and the wonderful Cowdray Farm Shop just ten minutes away . Alex responded to my calls for help or extra supplies within minutes , even on Christmas morning when I was baffled by the Rangemaster cooker . Overall , an excellent choice for a family or group get- together .

“Good time had at Holbeck house” Well equiped and clean house for an extended family holiday. Roomy bedrooms and sunny,shady garden. Highs; picturesque area, quiet, 20/30 mins walk to town, 10 mins walk to lovely secluded beach, good access to walking and cycling, large hot tub. All areas of Scarbourough involve some hill walking. As a family of 10 from age 3 - 84 and a 12 year old dog, this wasn't a problem.

“peaceful” We enjoyed our short stay. It's a very quiet location (good for us city dwellers) with access to the sea and the Lakes. We ate in Cockermouth and at the Bar n Bistro, both good. The cottage was very well equipped and cosy, we appreciated the welcome items.

“Amazing short break” This place is amazing and I couldn't stop saying how lovely it was. The photos really don't do any justice. I was expecting a lot less and didn't really fancy the idea of staying in a "shed" when my daughter found it. We will be coming back with family. Thank you so much!

“Lahney Cottage Staithes” Lovely Cottage excellent host who has thought of everything. This Bijou Cottage has a peaceful quiet vibe that makes it a relaxing stay. For those who are worried about Covid Eva has a Covid 19 Certificate for the cottage and it was spotless on arrival. A nice touch was the welcome pack of Bread Milk & Butter. Instructions on how to use everything is clearly shown to help you navigate the log burner & kitchen amenities which we didn't need to use. Booking meals in the local pubs is recommended the Cod & Lobster was my favourite. The weather was fantastic which also made the holiday. Will definitely stay their again.

“Absolutely stunning property” Absolutely stunning holiday accommodation, every single thing you could possibly require has been thought of and supplied. Wonderful location in the New Forest close to all amenities to make this a superb holiday. We were met by Jackie the owner of the property, who made us so welcome, offering us her private number in case we had any problems or questions during our stay we could call her. Happy to say this was not necessary and we had a fantastic relaxing break. I cannot recommend this property enough, you will not be disappointed. We have already booked for our next stay. “Simply the best!” A gorgeous home from home, a true gem in a beautiful semi rural location just a short drive from lovely Lincoln. Just a treat!! Stunning walks straight from the front door. “Absolutely ideal S/C for a couple in the heart of Ashbourne.” We could not have chosen a better place for my wife and I to stay for a few days visit to Derbyshire. Sandra made us very welcome to her immaculate self contained accommodation. It is equipped with everything you need, centrally located to the town so shopping or dining out in Ashbourne is in easy walking distance. Off street parking in your own allocated space. Wonderful find, we would hope to stay here next time we visit this area. Look no further and book it now!

“Pure bliss” What an amazing place to explore Dartmoor from, One Gidleigh Park has everything one needs for a stay, home from home comforts, wood burning fires for those chilly nights, plenty of space to roam around without feeling couped up on rainy days along with the most beautiful gardens and woodland to wander around. Can't wait to go back.......not long now see you in July!

“Stunning views from a beautiful home” We have just returned from a week at Seascape and we had an amazing time, we were a family party of 10 people ranging in age from 60yrs to 8weeks!! The views from the deck were amazing, a real selling point. The house is light and airy and was impeccably clean on arrival and the owner communicated a few times to check all was ok. There is lots of space to park on the drive, the bedrooms are all excellent size with modern bathrooms and powerful showers, the living area is open plan with a good size lounge area, large dinning table and big kitchen that comes equipped with all you could need. There is plenty of comfortable outside furniture and a large bbq and a pizza oven. It is about a 20min walk into Woolacombe away from the main road, or less than 5 minute car ride to the beach carpark. We highly recommend the house and would certainly book again.
