“Perfect in every way” This cottage was great value for money and absolutely beautiful. We were attracted to this particular cottage by the hot tub but the pool table and sauna were also welcome additions! All of the rooms were beautifully decorated to a high standard and there was plenty of space for us all. There were local walks and it was easy to find. The owners and their pets were extremely welcoming and accommodating, everything we needed was there. I will definitely visit again and will recommend to all my friends, I just hope they don't put the price up!!

“The Ultimate in luxury with your own butler thrown in too !” We were thrilled with our apartment which resembled a suite we had stayed in at the Ritz Hotel in Paris.! Everywhere was spotless and our teenage girls loved their own marble bathroom with Penhaligan toilettries. The additional services offered by the hotel were super with our own butler, who one morning sent out for milk and bread as we were running low! We were able to enjoy the facilities of the hotel eg the stables bar and breakfast room knowing our girls were safe only down the corridor. With our family growing up this type of set up is ideal ie with an apartment 'attached to a hotel' and we will definately return next time we are in town. Duncans of London helped us to secure a good rate & we will use them again.

“High quality off-the-beaten track self catering accomodation.” Hartland is a remote and unspoilt corner of England, with excellent coastal walks. If a day of sea vistas and cliff top walking appeals to you this is a perfect area in which to take a break. If perfectly presented and comprehensively equipped cottages with wood burning stoves and HD television suit you, then I recommend Downes Cottages. Jeremy and Lynda Roe have painstakingly restored a series of traditional farm buildings and incorporated high quality conversions. The cottages include fully equipped kitchens, allowing total independence if desired. Jeremy and Lynda also offer a pre-booked meal service using fresh local ingredients for your convenience. We did not sample the food or the extensively equipped spa during our 4 days stay, instead we entertained our 4 year old with seaside visits and country walks. A very peaceful place to unwind and relax.

“Utterly wonderful pampering” I had the most relaxing and refreshing 2 days in a most beautiful tranquil setting at Downe Helth Spa in Hartland North Devon. In the midst of the noise of the World Cup, I gave myself a pamper treat. The spa facilites are just perfect and I had an entire day of blissful treatments. “wow” I was wowed by the whole experience the caravan was lovely and clean it was like home from home everything you need you had it even wifi. Hot tub was lovely just what you need if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. Most of all the hospitality shown was the best, on arrival a welcome goodie hamper was left which was a very nice personal touch well done. I will definatly be in touch for next year.

“Simply Amazing” The Coach House was simply perfect! Was taken back on how beautiful this little property is! ALL of the facilities within the coach house worked and went above and beyond our expectations! Zoe makes you feel very welcome, and is happy to go out of her way to make you happy. The Spa was lovely. Again, if you let Zoe know when you want to go, again she will make sure it is all set up for you.

“Awesome place as agrees by #2plus4” Well what can we say... Awesome doesn't cover it! From the moment we arrived at jemimi lodge we were blown away with the quality and standard of the lodge. Small little things on the presentation front immediately impressed all of us. The lodge itself was warm and welcoming, clean and more than ample space for the 6 of us to allow our own space when needed. This being said the large family space allowed us all to comfortably snuggle together. He hot tub is a definite must for all visitors to the lodge and was well used by the whole family several times a day! The service from mick was excellent from tenneey and greet throughly to dealing with any questions we had whilst we were there. The site itself is stunning and since its overhaul and refurb it has to be said that #awayresortsholidays have outdone themselves. Summary #2plus4 will definitely be back and with friends and family wanting to sample jemimia lodge we beat get booked up fast!
