“Exceeded all our expectations” My husband and I were completely satisfied with this apartment. The Shoreditch neighborhood was new to us and we were delighted at the number of restaurants right off Hoxton Square. We had a full day of sightseeing each day and it was so nice to come home, unwind and then walk less than a block to Hoxton Square and decide on where to eat dinner. The apartment itself is just as advertised. Pippa was a very involved owner, answering numerous email questions prior to our arrival. Since we were arriving on a Sunday, she had to make special arrangements for us to get a key - and she monitored our arrival to be sure all was well. And it was. The apartment is, indeed, spacious and has every amenity necessary for a comfortable stay. The convenience of the Old Street tube station made getting around London really easy for us. We were very impressed with the apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting London. We had a glorious 6 nights and would heartily recommend this apartment to anyone.

“The Ultimate in luxury with your own butler thrown in too !” We were thrilled with our apartment which resembled a suite we had stayed in at the Ritz Hotel in Paris.! Everywhere was spotless and our teenage girls loved their own marble bathroom with Penhaligan toilettries. The additional services offered by the hotel were super with our own butler, who one morning sent out for milk and bread as we were running low! We were able to enjoy the facilities of the hotel eg the stables bar and breakfast room knowing our girls were safe only down the corridor. With our family growing up this type of set up is ideal ie with an apartment 'attached to a hotel' and we will definately return next time we are in town. Duncans of London helped us to secure a good rate & we will use them again.

“The location first class, apartment first class with beautiful sea views.” This apartment has it all,a parking space so no need to use the car to go to the beach it is just over the road so no car park fees.The apartment is very light , clean and has all you need for a relaxing holiday.It is situated on the third floor has a lift and a balcony with stunning views. Brian the owner was very helpful and even left a pair of binoculars for us to use which came in very handy watching the windsurfers and small boats etc. There is a Co-op 2 mins walk away and a couple of takeaways.Southbourne shops are less than 5mins by car with a car park at the top end of the shops.Bistro on beach is nice for meals snacks and ice creams.We were sorry we had to go home the weather was good to us which was a bonus.Such a good time was had by all we are booked for next year.Thankyou Brian.

“Perfectly located comfortable appartment” Wonderful view of the quayside and creeks at Wells and constant interest provided by the activities of the birds on the sandbanks. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. The appartment is comfortable and immaculate, with everything one needs, and the owner is very helpful.
